have you ever gottet annoyed feeling about  how everyone's so passive i mean why is it so hard to just start a riot   if everyone just stoped being so passive something would get done am i wrong do you think? might think soy and our diets and more makes us more passive now compared to the past or not sure how much it helps but it's annoying to me how people just don't care anymore or i don't know i mean i don't think i care more or anything but it's just frustrating

i've been getting away from soy recently and it's frustrating to talk to my parents because they either don't understand why it's bad or don't care butabout the formula i was given one made of soy and it doesn't seem to of been that bad or to of had that bad of a outcome later on in life personaly but i don't know i was lactose intolerant really bad is why i was given it it's so frustrating when everything has stuff in it that's bad for you

When I go to a fast food restaurant, it's usually Hardee's/Red Burrito, and I don't get any meat products, I get the bean burrito. I am aware of the wheat and dairy. It doesn't seem to be doing anything at the moment. I don't know if it has a high oil/plant fat content known to cause allergies and irritation. It is the safest thing I can think of eating from any of these restaurants because most all of it has MSG, bad oils, improper food combining (meat and carbs) or soybeans.

i was lactose intolerant also, but i thought all soy beans were bad besides fermented ones?

Learning on what not to eat is hard these days. It seems just about everything has something in it you shouldn't eat. Growing up, we raised and grew a lot of what we consumed. The grocery store was quite a trip. Calculators and lists to make sure we didn't go over budget. Even then a whole 20 years ago, there wasn't Nearly the amount of chemicals in what we bought. After moving out, I didn't understand the yuck that was in fast food, soda, boxed dinners, and processed foods. How could it be bad for you? Its in the grocery store? Once I grew up some more, and became a bit wiser, I understood that they sell decon and draino at the grocery store as well. It was up to Me to learn and research what MSG,  HFCS, Soy products were and make a choice. It is my choice on what to spend my money on and make for dinner for my family. My choice on what to put in my own body. Now I don't Always make the wisest decision, and do pay for it later. That then becomes a reminder of what is put in our foods and beverages these days.  Take the time to research what those words you cannot pronounce are. Follow up on what you've been told. Its always worth it in the short and long run.


12 Year Old Vegan Has the Degenerating Bones of 80 Year Old

"A 12 year old girl raised on a strict vegan diet was admitted to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow, Scotland, suffering from a severe form of rickets.  The girl had already experienced multiple fractures and been diagnosed with a degenerated spine comparable to that of an unhealthy 80-year-old woman.

Fox News reports the hospital doctors are under pressure to report the couple to police and social workers. Dr. Faisal Ahmed, a pediatrician treating the child, declined to discuss specifics, but allowed the dangers of forcing children to follow a strict vegan diet need to be publicized.

If raised strictly vegan, the child would almost certainly have severe deficiencies of Vitamins A and D, both of which are essential bone nutrients that can only be obtained from animal products.  In all likelihood, she would also be lacking needed calcium, zinc, B-12 as well as other B vitamins, Vitamin K, the EPA and DHA fatty acids and the sulfur containing amino acids methionine and cysteine.

Although the human body is theoretically capable of converting beta carotene into true Vitamin A, children are not able to do so efficiently if at all.   Sunlight could have provided Vitamin D but only if the family lived outdoors in the tropics and not in a northern clime like Scotland.
Other Cases of Child Vegans Suffering Severe Nutritional Deficiencies

Sadly, this is not the first time vegans have been accused of child abuse though it may be the first case involving crippling bone damage.  More typically, vegan babies end up in hospital from malnutrition caused by the use of soy milk instead of infant formula.  Given soy milk alone, babies end up with severe vitamin, mineral, fatty acid and amino acid deficiencies, which is why soy formula manufacturers are required by law to add methionine and other nutrients that are critical for a baby’s growth.

In 1990, the FDA investigated after a two­ month old girl in California was hospitalized with severe malnutrition.  Her parents had fed her EdenSoy brand soy milk instead of infant formula. Because of this and a similar incident in Arkansas involving the SoyMoo brand of soy milk, the FDA issued a warning on June 13, 1990.  Since then, most brands of soy milk — but not EdenSoy — include warning labels in tiny print on their packages.

Clearly, voluntary warning labels have not been enough, and there have been deaths as well as hospitalizations of vegan babies fed soy milk.  In May 2007, vegan parents in Atlanta were found guilty of the death of their six month old baby.  To supplement the mother’s inadequate supply of breast milk the parents had fed their son soy milk and apple juice.  The baby was only 3 1/2 pounds when he died of starvation in April 2004.

Other vegan parents have also been charged and found guilty, including a New York couple convicted of murder and a Florida couple of manslaughter. In London, two vegans received a sentence of three years’ community rehabilitation after they admitted starving their baby to death.

In 2011 in France, a vegan couple were sentenced to 5 years in prison for the death of their 11 month old daughter.  The baby, who was only 12.5 pounds at the time of her death, had been exclusively breast fed.   An autopsy showed her to be not only severely underweight and malnourished but severely deficient in Vitamins A and B12.  The mother had cared enough to breastfeed, but had an inadequate supply of poor quality milk because of the limitations of her diet and the depletion of her own nutritional stores because of pregnancy.

And now we have the tragic case of this 12 year old girl in Scotland. Although finally getting medical treatment, her prognosis remains grim."

Your parents don't believe GMO foods exist? Are you serious? That's mainstream public information that's mentioned just about everywhere these days. How is there anyone left who would not believe they exist?

Do you know what your weakness is from? Might it not be anemia, possibly? Red meat might help you have a lot more energy

If going grain free, why not try to increase intake of nuts, seeds, dark green vegetables, legumes, beets, peas, corn and bananas?

I love bananas and dark green veggies. I like blue corn from time to time as I know for sure it's non GMO. I love almonds and would have it all the time if they weren't so expensive. I like making homemade almond flour to bake with around the holiday season for pies. I don't eat many legumes either because I hear they are high in phytic acid which inhibits mineral absorbsion but when I do, it's black beans and chickpeas. I love making falafel and mexican food. They only problem with canned chickpeas is the EDTA. I don't know if it's safe. Calcium chloride is also in them but I take that to be a type of salt. I don't use table salt. I use white sea salt and if I ever can afford it, I would like to try Himilayan salt. I recently found out that table salt has glass shards in it and that's one of the main reasons for it ruining someones health.

soy milk makes you passive?

soy contains very high levels of phytoestrogen ("isoflavones" which mimic the estrogen molecule), which essentially emasculate humans by reducing testosterone levels... (among other dangerous things, such as basically shutting down the thyroid and pancreas; drastically disrupting the endocrine system; essentially having the same effect in the body as the poison DDT.. soy baby formula is even illegal in NZ and Australia.. animals don't eat in in the wild, not even birds.. and the only thing it's actually good for is candle wax and lamp oil.. it's not a 'food' plant.. the list of horrors truly just goes on and on..)
