Chemtrails are bad news. They contain barium and aluminum, which have the potential to destroy ecosystems around the world. But what if this destruction is merely an inevitable and
acceptable consequence of a much larger program? A program intended to be part
of an all-in-one solution to global control and manipulation?

What is the purpose of HAARP? To understand this, we can look to information in the patent:

This invention has a phenomenal variety of possible ramifications and potential future developments. As alluded to earlier, missile or aircraft destruction, deflection, or confusion
could result,
particularly when relativistic particles are employed. Also, large regions of
the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles
encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or
deflection of same.

Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles, which will act as a
lens or
focusing device.

Also as alluded to earlier, molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an
atmospheric region, a
particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence.
For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere
could be artificially increased. Similarly, environmental enhancement could be
achieved by causing the breakup of various chemical entities such as carbon
dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxides, and the like.

Transportation of entities can also be realized when advantage is taken of the drag effects caused by regions of the atmosphere moving up along diverging field lines. Small micron sized particles can be then transported,
and, under
certain circumstances and with the availability of sufficient energy, larger
particles or objects could be similarly affected. Particles with desired
characteristics such as tackiness, reflectivity, absorptivity, etc., can be
transported for specific purposes or effects. For example, a plume of
tacky particles could be established to increase the drag on a missile or
satellite passing therethrough. Even plumes of plasma having
substantially less charged particle density than described above will produce
drag effects on missiles which will affect a lightweight (dummy) missile in a
manner substantially different than a heavy (live) missile and this affect can
be used to distinguish between the two types of missiles.

A moving plume could also serve as a means for supplying a space station or for focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth.

Surveys of global scope could also be realized because the earth’s natural magnetic field could be significantly altered in a controlled manner by plasma beta effects resulting in, for example,
improved
magnetotelluric surveys.

Electromagnetic pulse defenses are also possible. The earth’s magnetic field could be decreased or disrupted at appropriate altitudes to modify or eliminate the magnetic field in high Compton electron generation
(e.g., from high altitude
nuclear bursts) regions. High intensity, well controlled electrical
fields can be provided in selected locations for various purposes. For
example, the plasma sheath surrounding a missile or satellite could be used as
a
trigger for activating such a high intensity field to destroy the missile or
satellite.

Further, irregularities can be created in the ionosphere which will interfere with the normal operation of various types of radar, e.g., synthetic aperture radar.

The present invention can also be used to create artificial belts of trapped particles which in turn can be studied to determine the stability of such parties.

Still further, plumes in accordance with the present invention can be formed to simulate and/or perform the same functions as performed by the detonation of a “heave”
type nuclear device without actually having to detonate such a device.
Thus it can be seen that the ramifications are numerous, far-reaching, and
exceedingly varied in usefulness.

In a nutshell, we can see that HAARP is intended to do the following:

• Destroy, deflect, or confuse missiles or aircraft
• Modify the weather
• Change the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, by increasing or decreasing ozone, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and/or nitrous oxides
  
• Increase the drag on a missile or satellite
• Focus vast amounts of sunlight on selected portions of the earth.
• Alter the earth’s magnetic field for things such as surveying
• Create high intensity, well controlled electrical fields in selected locations for various purposes
• Create irregularities in the ionosphere, which will interfere with the normal operation of various types of radar, e.g., synthetic aperture radar
  
• Create plumes to simulate and/or perform the same functions as performed by the detonation of a “heave” type nuclear device without actually having to detonate such a device.

Does any of this send chills up your spine? Well, it should. But this did not start with the HAARP patent. Ten years earlier, a patent was obtained which contained a “method and apparatus for triggering a substantial
change in earth
characteristics and measuring earth changes.”

There is disclosed method and apparatus for triggering a substantial change in ionospheric characteristics of the earth and measuring certain selected characteristics of the earth. Substantial energetic particle
precipitation is
triggered through injection of low energy ionized gas, such as hydrogen, in the
region of large fluxes of energetic particles in or near the magnetic equator.
The loss process is known to occur naturally but a triggered change is achieved
through injection of larger amounts of low-energy ionized gas than are naturally
present, preferably in the cusp region, which usually extends inside the
synchronous orbit for several hours about local midnight.

With this information in hand, the inventor of HAARP was ready to reveal technology that contains one of the most dastardly plans for global manipulation possible – selective weather modification.

What do chemtrails have to do with it?

HAARP is utilized for many clandestine missions, of which weather modification is a fundamental objective. Microwave, Extreme Low Frequency (ELF), Very Low Frequency (VLF) and other EMR/EMF-based systems are
transmitted into
the atmosphere and reflected by the ionosphere back through the Earth’s
Stratosphere/Atmosphere where various airborne chemical particulates, polymer
filaments and other electromagnetic frequency absorbers and reflectors are used
to push or pull the prevailing jet-streams to alter weather patterns.In many
instances, drought inducement technologies have been found in patented systems.
Drought inducement occurs, according to reviewed technologies, by heating the
stratosphere with microwaves, placing airborne chemical particulates in the
airspace and thereby changing the base-line moisture gradients via microwaves
from HAARP and desiccating regions chemically with barium titanates, methyl
aluminum and potassium mixtures.

In a nutshell:

Jets spray chemtrails consisting of barium titanates, methyl aluminum and potassium mixtures in the stratosphere. These chemtrails are used to reflect and absorb radio and electromagnetic frequencies that are induced by
HAARP, and
reflected back from the ionosphere. This activity is used to push or pull jet
streams, which alter weather patterns. This manipulation can result in all sorts
of different weather patterns, including storms, drought, extreme cold, heat,
etc.

In the late 1950’s, it was discovered that naturally occurring belts exist at high altitudes above the earth’s surface, and it is now established that these belts result from charged electrons and ions becoming
trapped along the magnetic
lines of force (field lines) of the earth’s essentially dipole magnetic field.
The trapped electrons and ions are confined along the field lines between two
magnetic mirrors, which exist at spaced apart points along those field lines.
The trapped electrons and ions move in helical paths around their particular
field lines and “bounce” back and forth between the magnetic mirrors. These
trapped electrons and ions can oscillate along the field lines for long periods

HAARP technology for weather modification, in conjunction with chemtrails, use the ionosphere and particulate matter in the stratosphere (chemtrails) to reflect energy back and forth in order to control jet streams,
which in turn
cause the desired weather patterns.

The global warming scam

So what to do? Well, like any good entrepreneur, you can take advantage of disaster capitalism to make a few bucks. Want to make a bit of money by creating a global warming scam? Spray a few
chemtrails, melt a
bit of ice, take a picture of a polar bear swimming, and WALLA! a global warming
crisis that can be used to manipulate the public into accepting a carbon tax for
breathing. Or how about creating storms that wipe out cities that can be rebuilt
in a more pleasing manner for the rich and powerful? You could wipe out local
farming communities by creating drought in certain areas, declare a particular
fish endangered, then take the farmers’ water in the name of ecology, and allow
them to go bankrupt. The land could then be used for a more suitable purpose
such as a wildlife preserve so that the rich and powerful can have a
playground.

The possibilities are endless, and the cost? Well, the American people can pay for it with their tax dollars. The
ramifications? What are a few billion deaths from chemical poisoning,
starvation, malnutrition, and
disease? Why, a much needed benefit, of course. After all, according to the Georgia
Guidestones, the
population needs to be reduced to 500 million in order to maintain the earth in
the manner

Bets that article has a lot of interesting facts about HAARP and i would not be surprised to learn it was used on the Space Shuttle Columbia..

the 'muslim extremist' and 'chinese loyalist' angles sound very scape-goaty considering the beast- owned leaders of so-called "international terror" are friends with the US government and often CIA-trained..

i do think a large enough army could emerge on the scene in this and perhaps any other country with not only all domestic law and emergency units, but also any other willing or forced participant under a FEMA-sourced United Nations directive.

Columbia probably served multiple purposes.. in addition to instilling fear and panic and depression into the hearts of millions, among other things, it could likely have served as a ritual sacrifice of the seven lives aboard.

apparently after an 'investigation' into the Columbia crash, this year the Space Shuttle program was retired, in favor of the Orion program, which centers around near-Earth orbits and ultimately Mars missions. The first Orion flight with a crew is scheduled for 2016.

Columbia, associated with Ishtar, then Orion, associated with Shemyhaza.. there are probably myriad aspects of the significance of these connections.. Ishtar, the chief siren, and Shemyhaza, the chief rebel Watcher.. reminds me of the warning that the days before His return will be like the days of Noah.

April 2011 Likely to Set Record for Most Tornadoes
April 2011 has been a horrific month for severe weather so far with more than 900 reports of tornadoes, hundreds of tornado-related deaths and unthinkable destruction.
As the wild weather pattern continues this week, the month's total number of tornadoes continues to rise. There is a good chance that April 2011 will end up being the most active April on record for tornadoes.
With May and June typically being the most active months of the year for severe weather, people are wondering if the trend will continue and make 2011 a record-setting year.
Stats for April
The total number of tornado reports this month was up to 921 as of Friday morning.
It's important to note that these are the number of reports (or sightings), not confirmed tornadoes. Oftentimes multiple sightings of the same tornado are reported, and it will take quite some time until all the data is sorted through and the number of confirmed tornadoes is determined.
According to the SPC, the highest number of confirmed tornadoes recorded in the month of April (since 1950) was 267 in 1974.
If all of the tornado reports so far this month were confirmed, April 2011 would by far be the most active April for tornadoes. Even though the number of confirmed tornadoes will probably end up being quite a bit smaller, this month is still likely to beat the record.
Stats for 2011
The preliminary estimate for number of tornadoes so far in 2011 was 1,113, as of Friday morning, with about two dozen states affected. More than 100 tornadoes have been reported in both Alabama and North Carolina.
The year that holds the record for the highest number of tornadoes is 2004 with a whopping 1,817 twisters. For people wondering if 2011 could set a new record, this year has a long way to go.
Since May and June are typically the most active months of the year for severe weather, it may seem that 2011 could have a shot at setting a record following such an extreme April. NANO CHEMTRAILS

If you did not enjoy "traditional" chemtrails raining down on you, you are not going to like the new version, which the United States Air Force promises will feature aerial dumps of programmable "smart" molecules tens of thousands of times smaller than the particles already landing people in emergency rooms with respiratory, heart and gastrointestinal complaints.

Under development since 1995, the military's goal is to install microprocessors incorporating gigaflops computer capability into "smart particles" the size of a single molecule.

Invisible except under the magnification of powerful microscopes, these nano-size radio-controlled chips are now being made out of mono-atomic gold particles. Networked together on the ground or assembling in the air, thousands of sensors will link into a single supercomputer no larger than a grain of sand.

Brought to you by the same military-corporate-banking complex that runs America's permanent wars, Raytheon Corp is already profiting from new weather warfare technologies. The world's fourth largest military weapons maker bought E-Systems in 1995, just one year after that military contractor bought APTI, holder of Bernard Eastlund's HAARP patents.

Raytheon also owns General Dynamics, the world's leading manufacturer of military Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

Raytheon also reports the weather for NOAA through its Advanced Weather Information Processing System. According to researcher Brendan Bombaci of Durango, Colorado, these Raytheon computers are directy linked with their UAV weather modification drones. Bombaci reports that NOAA paid Raytheon more than $300 million for this "currently active, 10-year project."

She goes on to describe the Joint Environmental Toolkit used by the U.S. Air Force in its Weather Weapons System. Just the thing for planet tinkerers.


GREEN LIGHT
For public consumption, nano-weather control jargon has been sanitized. "Microelectric Mechanical Sensors" (MMS) and "Global Environmental Mechanical Sensors" sound passively benign. But these ultra-tiny autonomous aerial vehicles are neither M&Ms nor gems. [Space.com Oct 31/05]

According to a U.S. military flier called Military Progress, "The green light has been given" to disperse swarms of wirelessly-networked nano-bots into the troposphere by remotely-controlled UAV drones for "global warming mitigation."

U.S. Army Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, as well as U.S. Air Force drones "are slated to deploy various payloads for weather warfare," Military Progress asserts. This dual mission - to slow global warming and use weather as a weapon - seems somewhat contradictory.


FIGHTING FOR CLIMATE CHANGE
U.S. Military Inc. is already in the climate change business big time. The single biggest burner of petroleum on this planet, its high-flying aircraft routinely rend Earth's protective radiation shielding with nitrous oxide emissions, while depositing megatons of additional carbon, sulfur and water particles directly into the stratosphere - where they will do three-times more damage than CO2 alone.

Go figure. A single F-15 burns around 1,580 gallons an hour. An Apache gunship gets about one-half mile to the gallon. The 1,838 Abrams tanks in Iraq achieve five gallons to the mile, while firing dusty radioactive shells that will continue destroying human DNA until our sun goes supernova.

A single non-nuclear carrier steaming in support burns 5,600 gallons of bunker fuel in an hour - or two million gallons of bunker oil every 14 days. Every four days, each carrier at sea takes on another half- million gallons of fuel to supply its jets.

The U.S. Air Force consumed nearly half of the Department of Defense's entire fuel supply in 2006, burning 2.6 billion gallons of jet fuel aloft.

While flying two to five-hour chemtrails missions to reflect incoming sunlight and slow global warming, a single KC-10 tanker will burn 2,050 gallons of highly toxic jet fuel every hour. The larger and older KC-135 Stratotanker carries 31,275 gallons of chemtrails and burns 2,650 gallons of fuel per hour.

The EPA says that each gallon of gasoline produces 19.4 pounds of CO2. Each gallon of diesel produces 22.2 pounds of CO2.

Total it up and routine operations by a military bigger than all other world militaries combined puts more than 48 billion tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere every year. NANO RAIN
Meanwhile, the 60 year quest for weather warfare continues. Though a drone cannot carry a heavy payload, more sub-microscopic weather modification particles can be crammed into a UAV Predator than all the chemtrail slurry packed into a tanker the size of a DC-10. T

According to the air force's own weather modification study, Owning The Weather 2025, clouds of these extremely teeny machines will be dropped into hurricanes and other weather systems to blend with storms and report real time weather data to each other and a larger sensor network.

Then these smart particles will be used to increase or decrease the storm's size and intensity - and "steer" it to "specific targets".

The air force report boasted that nano-chemtrails "will be able to adjust their size to optimal dimensions for a given seeding situation and make adjustments throughout the process." Instead of being sprayed into the air at the mercy of the winds aloft, as is the fate of normal chemtrails, nano versions will be able to "enhance their dispersal" by "adjusting their atmospheric buoyancy" and "communicating with each other" as they steer themselves in a single coordinated flock within their own artificial cloud.

Nano-chemtrails will even "change their temperature and polarity to improve their seeding effects," the air force noted. [Daily Texan July 30/07]

Rutgers University scientist J. Storrs Hall held out the military's hope that these new nano weather-warrior bots: "Interconnected, atmospherically buoyant, and having navigation capability in three dimensions - clouds of microscopic computer particles communicating with each other and with a control system, could provide tremendous capability."

Sounds expensive.

“Chemtrails” rain aluminum nanoparticles on man, beast, and land.

The name chemtrails is a spin-off from contrails, which are condensation trails left behind flying aircraft. There is credible evidence that chemtrails are toxic to man, animals, and the soil.

There is current concern in the United States about the increasing number of neurodegenerative patients. Since 2000, the number of Alzheimer’s patients has increased from 4.5 million to 5.4 million in 2012, according to the Alzheimer’s Association. One in eight people 65 or older have Alzheimer’s. A yearly increase seems inevitable because of the aging population, but environmental factors also play a role.

The article, “Chemtrails, Nano-aluminum, and Neurodegenerative and Neurodevelopmental Effects” by Russell Blaylock, M.D., in the National Health Federation magazine “Health Freedom News” warns against one of these environmental hazards: chemtrails.

Blaylock, who has retired from neurosurgery to do research, write, and teach, began to notice chemtrails a few years ago and writes, “Of particular concern is that there are now so many—dozens every day are littering the skies.” Chemtrails are made from aerosols, usually spread by non-passenger jets. What at first looks like contrails turns into ribbons of clouds that spread out making the sky look over-cast. They contain various toxic, and biological substances..."

"In Aug. 2005 the Las Vegas Tribune had a two-part article detailing the chemtrails over Las Vegas, the ensuing chemtrails sickness, and previous chemtrail history from other sources. In the Las Vegas Tribune report, the U.S. Air Force on their website called chemtrails a “chemtrail hoax,” but “scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base confirmed to the Ohio newspaper, Columbus Alive, that they were involved in aerial spraying experiments. One involved aluminum oxide spraying related to global warming and the other involved barium stearate and had to do with high-tech military communications.”

Globe Grows Darker as Sunshine Diminishes 10% to 37%

 "In the second half of the 20th century, the world became, quite literally, a darker place.

Defying expectation and easy explanation, hundreds of instruments around the world recorded a drop in sunshine reaching the surface of Earth, as much as 10 percent from the late 1950's to the early 90's, or 2 percent to 3 percent a decade. In some regions like Asia, the United States and Europe, the drop was even steeper. In Hong Kong, sunlight decreased 37 percent.

No one is predicting that it may soon be night all day, and some scientists theorize that the skies have brightened in the last decade as the suspected cause of global dimming, air pollution, clears up in many parts of the world.

Yet the dimming trend — noticed by a handful of scientists 20 years ago but dismissed then as unbelievable — is attracting wide attention. Research on dimming and its implications for weather, water supplies and agriculture will be presented next week in Montreal at a joint meeting of American and Canadian geological groups.

"There could be a big gorilla sitting on the dining table, and we didn't know about it," said Dr. Veerabhadran Ramanathan, a professor of climate and atmospheric sciences at the University of California, San Diego. "There are many, many issues that it raises."

Dr. James E. Hansen, director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in Manhattan, said that scientists had long known that pollution particles reflected some sunlight, but that they were now realizing the magnitude of the effect.

"It's occurred over a long time period," Dr. Hansen said. "So it's not something that, perhaps, jumps out at you as a person in the street. But it's a large effect."

Satellite measurements show that the sun remains as bright as ever, but that less and less sunlight has been making it through the atmosphere to the ground..."

Watching a wave cloud develop after a scalar blast from Antarctica ?

Last Saturday I decided to take a bike ride to Marazion and noticed a cloud that was covering the sun. The ride began from St Erth train station at 8AM.

It was drifting in a north westerly direction and had left the Mounts Bay, Penzance district by mid-day.

Then the following came up on a Youtube video by DAHB0077.

The Yellow text "Cloud Formation" is the wave that is shown in the following pictures.
