More believers understand and accept 1 Enoch as scripture now than they have for over a thousand years perhaps. Those who do, realize that among those things which have been a reason for its suppression are records which explain an angelic rebellion which changed the world forever and a direct address to those who would be living during the tribulation. Suppressing this evidence means depriving believers of a complete knowledge of last days prophecy, as even Yahushua Himself made that connection by saying "the last days will be like the days of Noah".

1 Enoch has not only been rejected from canon to suppress these things, though, there are further serious implications to consider. It perhaps does not much impact the modern day believer in Yahushua to find references to Him in 1 Enoch, but His presence in the verses of that book carries great weight. Orthodox Judaism rejects 1 Enoch now, though Israel did not always reject the text. Jewish believers in Yahushua's time knew the book and understood its contents. Only after Messiah came did Jews cease to regard the book as valid. The reason for this becomes very obvious when reading it. 1 Enoch is a record of the oldest written prophecies of Yahushua in the world.

Not only is the book full of references to Him, but those references are near exact to references and descriptions of Him which can be read in the New Testament. The 1 Enoch support for Yahushua being who He claimed He was is so overwhelming that Orthodox Jews would logically either have to accept that it foretells of Yahushua without a doubt, or reject the text and work hard to bury it. Christians who reject 1 Enoch as scripture do not realize that they are rejecting the strongest and most irrefutable evidence for the legitimacy of their Savior which ever existed before His appearance on Earth.

Here i have shown the references to Yahushua in 1 Enoch and the New Testament Scriptures which correlates to them. You will find very often that He is referred to as the Son of Man, a term of reference which most believers understand as a completely New Testament way of describing Him, yet it was written in this book much before the New Testament was recorded.

1 Enoch 45: 3-6, 46:1-5

On that day Mine Elect One shall sit on the throne of glory
And shall try their works,
And their places of rest shall be innumerable.

And their souls shall grow strong within them when they see Mine Elect One,
And those who have called upon My glorious name:
4 Then will I cause Mine Elect One to dwell among them.

And I will transform the heaven and make it an eternal blessing and light
5 And I will transform the earth and make it a blessing:

And I will cause Mine elect ones to dwell upon it:
But the sinners and evil-doers shall not set foot thereon.

6 For I have provided and satisfied with peace My righteous ones
And have caused them to dwell before Me:

But for the sinners there is judgement impending with Me,
So that I shall destroy them from the face of the earth.

And I heard a loud voice from the sky saying, "Behold! The tent of Yahuwah is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. Yahuwah Himself will be with them and be their 'Eloah. And Yahuwah will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold! I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful." And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things and I will be his 'Eloah and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, image worshippers, and all liars shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." - Revelation 21: 1-8

[Chapter 46]

1 And there I saw One who had a head of days,
And His head was white like wool,
And with Him was another being whose countenance had the appearance of a man,
And his face was full of graciousness, like one of the holy angels.
2 And I asked the angel who went with me and showed me all the hidden things, concerning that 3 Son of Man, who he

was, and whence he was, (and) why he went with the Head of Days? And he answered and said unto me:
This is the son of Man who hath righteousness,
With whom dwelleth righteousness,
And who revealeth all the treasures of that which is hidden,

Because the Lord of Spirits hath chosen him,
And whose lot hath the pre-eminence before the Lord of Spirits in uprightness for ever.

4 And this Son of Man whom thou hast seen
Shall raise up the kings and the mighty from their seats,
[And the strong from their thrones]
And shall loosen the reins of the strong,
And break the teeth of the sinners.

5 [And he shall put down the kings from their thrones and kingdoms]
Because they do not extol and praise Him,
Nor humbly acknowledge whence the kingdom was bestowed upon them.

His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire,
His feet like fine copper, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters.
He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. - Revelation 1:14-16

1 Enoch 62:4-9

4 Then shall pain come upon them as on a woman in travail,
[And she has pain in bringing forth]
When her child enters the mouth of the womb,
And she has pain in bringing forth.

5 And one portion of them shall look on the other,
And they shall be terrified,
And they shall be downcast of countenance,
And pain shall seize them,
When they see that Son of Man Sitting on the throne of his glory.

For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them as labor pains upon a pregnant woman and they shall not escape. But you, brothers, are not in darkness so that this day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.-1 Thesalonians 5:3-5

And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! -Revelation 6:15,16

6 And the kings and the mighty and all who possess the earth shall bless and glorify and extol him who rules over all, who was hidden.

7 For from the beginning the Son of Man was hidden,
And the Most High preserved him in the presence of His might,
And revealed him to the elect.

8 And the congregation of the elect and holy shall be sown,
And all the elect shall stand before him on that day.

9 And all the kings and the mighty and the exalted and those who rule the earth
Shall fall down before him on their faces,
And worship and set their hope upon that Son of Man,

Therefore the 'Eloah has also highly exalted Him and given Him a name that is above every name, that at the name of Yahushua every knee should bow, of those in the sky, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and every tongue should confess that Yahushua the Anointed is Master, to the splendor of Yahuwah the Father. -Philipians 2:9-11

1 Enoch 62:14,15

14 And the Lord of Spirits will abide over them,
And with that Son of Man shall they eat
And lie down and rise up for ever and ever.

15 And the righteous and elect shall have risen from the earth,
And ceased to be of downcast countenance.
And they shall have been clothed with garments of glory,

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes with palm branches in their hands and crying out with a loud voice saying, "Salvation to our 'Eloah who sits on the throne and to the Lamb!" All the messengers stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures and fell on their faces before the throne and worshipped Yahuwah saying, "Amein! Blessing and splendor and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might to our 'Eloah forever and ever. Amein."

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes and where did they come from?" And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore they are before the throne of Yahuwah and serve Him day and night in His sanctuary. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore. The sun shall not strike them, nor any heat for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters and Yahuwah will wipe away every tear from their eyes." -Revelation 7:9-17

1 Enoch 69:26-29

26 And there was great joy amongst them,
And they blessed and glorified and extolled
Because the name of that Son of Man had been revealed unto them.

27 And he sat on the throne of his glory,
And the sum of judgement was given unto the Son of Man,
And he caused the sinners to pass away and be destroyed from off the face of the earth,
And those who have led the world astray.

28 With chains shall they be bound,
And in their assemblage-place of destruction shall they be imprisoned,
And all their works vanish from the face of the earth.

29 And from henceforth there shall be nothing corruptible;
For that Son of Man has appeared,
And has seated himself on the throne of his glory,
And all evil shall pass away before his face,
And the word of that Son of Man shall go forth

And be strong before the Lord of Spirits.

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the sky fled away and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before Yahuwah, and books were opened. And another book was opened, that is the Book of Life, and the dead were judged according to their works, by the things that were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and she'owl delivered up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one according to his works. Then death and she'owl were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Now I saw a new sky and a new earth for the first sky and the first earth had passed away and there was no more sea. Then I, Yahuchanan, saw the sacred city, New Yeruwshalaim, coming down out of the sky from Yahuwah, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." - Revelation 20:11-15, 21:1-4

1 Enoch 70:14-16

This is the Son of Man who is born unto righteousness,
And righteousness abides over him,
And the righteousness of the Head of Days forsakes him not.'
15 And he said unto me:
' He proclaims unto thee peace in the name of the world to come;
For from hence has proceeded peace since the creation of the world,
And so shall it be unto thee for ever and for ever and ever.

16 And all shall walk in his ways since righteousness never forsaketh him:
With him will be their dwelling-places, and with him their heritage,
And they shall not be separated from him for ever and ever and ever.

And so there shall be length of days with that Son of Man,
And the righteous shall have peace and an upright way
In the name of the Lord of Spirits for ever and ever.'

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled nor let it be afraid. -John 14:27

Praise be to YHWH who makes all truth manifest.
