Interesting development. I'm not sure whether to think it's legitimate or not...the stone does not match the type that the original monument appears to be made of, but if it is legitimate i think what we can take from it is that this is the year that has been designated by the designers as the beginning of the implimentation of the plan set forth in the "commandments" inscribed on it.
