Elections.. when the E-word makes its rounds through the circuits of the so-called Conservative, along on its arm often arrives the well-groomed battlecry "Take Back America".. and they're quite the pair. Mr Election.. a big spender with all your patriotic dreams on a string.. and Miss TBA - she's a real knock-out in her sparkly Freedom frock and Bill-Of-Rights sash as she smiles and laughs and stamps her foot, announcing that "We need to take back this country!"

A nice couple.. or so it would seem.

November 2nd is Election Day for many in the United States.. and the electricity of Mr. Election and the emotionalism of Miss "Take Back America" stride full through throngs of voters who deem themselves "Conservative Christian".. Patriotism flares high, and Victory and Defeat will both make obligatory appearances by the end of the show.. and over the next two years as we draw nearer and nearer to that prime 2012 Presidential Election Day, amidst the ebb and flow of all else worldly, from today forward, there will be more and more appearances made by the captivating Mr Election and the empassioned Miss "Take Back America".

This country's government has now been long-touted as an originally Christian inception.. an ideal that was set up to be Good and Right.. a ruling system that glorified the Creator, and gave liberty to those who were oppressed by the ungodly. For all most are taught.. the United States was founded on principles rooted in solid Christian soil.

There are large active organizations of Christians, and so-called Christians, who have chosen to stand under banners of loyalty that range from Constitutionalism to Patriotism, and everything purportedly "Conservative" in between.. and there are large active, if less refined, organizations of self-styled 'truth-seekers' and 'alternative' news groups. And there is the Ron Paul Camp.. and there are the Tea Partiers.. the Libertarians.. and the Constitutionalists.. there are those who only vote Pro-Life and those who only vote Republican. Politically, for Believers today, there is just about everything.. and it's all wrong.

This is a plea for reason and sanity - a call to mental arms.

Over the next two years, while the concern of the people around you vascillates between the Presidential Election, the Stock Market and Earth's latest disaster, please recall that our Savior warned of a Beast System which would encompass the worldly leadership and populous who do not abide in Him. In light of that truth, consider these facts as you make your way through them, and remember that "Greater is He that is in you than he who is in the world."

Fact 1: Your Individual Presidential Election Vote Does Not Count.

"The Electoral College consists of the popularly elected representatives (electors) who formally elect the President and Vice President of the United States."

"The election for President and Vice President is not a direct election by United States citizens."

"Electors are free to vote for anyone eligible to be President.."

"The Twelfth Amendment provides for each elector to cast one vote for President and one vote for Vice President."

"Numerous constitutional amendments have been introduced in the Congress seeking to alter the Electoral College or replace it with a direct popular vote; however, no proposal has ever passed the Congress."

"Even though the aggregate national popular vote is calculated by state officials and media organizations, the national popular vote is not the basis for electing a President or Vice President."

Surprised? So was I, in 9th grade Civics class, when we learned about something called the "Electoral College".

So how are you supposed to 'Rock the Vote' when your vote doesn't even count? The answer is - You Aren't. It was not meant for your vote to count.

Fact 2: The Original Constitution was Nullified - "The US is a Corporation"

This fact is summed up by Lisa Guliani.

The Constitution has been thrown out the window, the Republic shoved aside and replaced with a democracy. To even begin to understand what has happened to the Republic, we must look backward in time to the period following the Civil War. We must go back to the year 1871 [...]

So, let's roll backward into the past for a moment. It is time we learned what they didn't teach us in school. It is far more interesting than what they DID tell us. I think you'll stay awake for this lesson.

The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the "Acts of the Forty-First Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia." This is also known as the "Act of 1871." What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.

What??? How could they do that? Moreover, WHY would they do that? To explain, let's look at the circumstances of those days. The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in America. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War. The Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated "front" for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America.

The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone's pie) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers. [...]

There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position. This was true back in 1871 as well. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.

In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original "organic" version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the "Act of 1871," our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "of" in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:

"The Constitution for the united states of America".

The altered version reads: "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.

Capitalization — an insignificant change? Not when one is referring to the context of a legal document, it isn't. Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country. What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia. The kind of government THEY created was a corporation. The new, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.

Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution. Instead of absolute rights guaranteed under the "organic" Constitution, we now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example of this is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a "privilege" which we must be licensed to engage in. This operates outside of the original Constitution.

So, Congress committed TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. [...]"

Fact 3: You Are Traded on the US Stock Exchange by the US Corporation

Fact 4: You Can't Take Back America

Hopefully the small amount of preceding information has left you disillusioned and you are starting to wonder what terms like "Old Glory" and images like the "Statue of Liberty" really mean - since it's clear that none of it is Your Freedom. As believers, we are called to learn and understand the truth of a matter.. and without any of the above sad facts, with nothing other than a bible, any believer could discover the truth that the United States Government, and any other political organization in the world, had its beginning in sin and will have its end in it as well.. and that no one who claims loyalty to Messiah should have a place in any of it.

You can't take back this country because this country never belonged to 'we the people'.. no organized political system in control of any landmass has ever been the property of or governed by 'the people'.. and no amount of voting or petition-signing can bring back something that was never lost. This country has never changed hands, and never will until the day Messiah returns and establishes His physical reign on Earth.

Our Creator was our governing ruler until the day politics overtook Israel.

Was this a good idea? But many believers have fallen into thinking that by political activism they can accomplish a righteous rulership on Earth.. even though our Savior has told us that all the Earth's rulers would give their strenght to the false Messiah. Revelation 17

Most would believe there are "elements" of corruption within government.. but that the "heart" of the government is "pure".. that deep down inside Uncle Sam just wants what's best for you. But governing bodies other than the Most High, have been wicked from the start and instead have only ever had their own best wishes for themselves.. an insurrection that hopes for total world control.

"22 Signs That Voter Fraud Is Wildly Out Of Control And The Election Was A Sham

After what we have seen this November, how is any American ever supposed to trust the integrity of our elections ever again?  There were over 70,000 reports of voting problems on election day, and there are numerous eyewitnesses that claim that they saw voting machines change votes for one candidate to another candidate right in front of their eyes.  In several of the swing states there were counties where the number of registered voters exceeded the total voting age population by a very wide margin.  How in the world does that happen?  Some of the vote totals that were reported in some of the most important swing states were completely and totally absurd, and yet we are just supposed to accept them on blind faith without ever being able to ask any questions...

#1 According to the Election Protection Coalition, voters across the United States reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM Eastern time on election day.

#2 There were 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia where Mitt Romney did not receive a single vote.  In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney.

#3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent.  But in the areas of Philadelphia where Republican poll watchers were illegally removed, the voter turnout rate was over 90% and Obama received over 99% of the vote.  Officials in Philadelphia have already ruled out an investigation.

#4 According to WND, one poll watcher in Pennsylvania actually claims that he witnessed voting machine software repeatedly switch votes from Mitt Romney to Barack Obama…

#5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas.

#6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of the 50 wards in the city of Chicago.

#7 Prior to the election, voters in the states of Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio all reported that voting machines were switching their votes for Romney over to Obama.

#8 There were more than 50 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Mitt Romney received 2 votes or less.

#9 There were more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Barack Obama received more than 99 times the votes that Mitt Romney did.

#10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida..."

Barack Hussein Obama is not only not denying his Messiahship, he’s basking in the new role cast for him by gloating supporters.

At Sunday’s Soul Train awards, Obama was nominated as “Our Lord and Savior” by Oscar-winning actor/comedian Jamie Foxx, who was answered by a wildly cheering throng.

The YouTube showing the cheering throngs to Foxx’s naming Obama “Our Lord and Savior” was mysteriously removed from the Internet yesterday morning.

Today comes news of artist Michael D’Antuono’s painting of a smirking Obama hanging from a crucifix on display until Dec. 15 at Boston’s Bunker Hill Community College Art Gallery.

The painting, depicting Obama as Jesus Christ with a crown of thorns around his head and his arms outstretched like Christ himself when he was crucified, is Obama as Jesus Attempt Number Two.

D’Antuono calls his painting, “Truth”.

No true Christian—including a reelected president—would ever allow the term “Our Lord and Savior” or a painting of himself smirking from Christ’s crucifix to stand.

But there thus far has been no comment from the White House to try to set the record straight.

The Obama on the Cross artist, told Fox News that his “First Amendment rights should override someone’s hurt feelings.”

“We should celebrate the fact that we live in a country where we are given the freedom to express ourselves,” he said. (Foxnews Nov 26, 2012)

Unless the United Nations is successful in its bid to take over the Internet at meetings set for this week, we on the world web have the same privilege with “the freedom to express ourselves”.

This leads Canada Free Press (CFP) to ask a question on the minds of millions of Christians: “Mr. Obama, why do you allow yourself to be presented as our Lord and Savior?”

“Does hearing yourself called “Our Lord and Savior” at a public gathering;does seeing your image smirking from Christ’s Cross not offend your Christian sensibilities?”

Since there’s been no rebuttal to an Obama presented as Jesus Christ, some of us assume that the new mantra for the next four years must be making way for the Messiah...."

Dear Sirs:

We should have heard it at Ruby Ridge, and somehow, despite the facts, did not. A young Mother shot to death along with her baby and young son and the family dog for no reason by FBI Agents.

We should have heard it again at Waco, Texas. A private community of people invaded, gassed, fire bombed— again, with no credible reason by federal agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Exactly where were the stockpiles of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms at Waco?

And now, a caravan of peaceful Americans on their way to a public meeting to discuss unlawful actions of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM)– ambushed, murdered in cold blood, and subjected to false arrest by members of the FBI and “STATE” police. What “STATE” of Oregon would that be? A bankrupt corporate franchise of the French Corporation known as the UNITED STATES, or the actual state of the Union owed to the people of Oregon?

Initial attempts are being made by the FBI to claim that it was being hindered in the accomplishment of their “official duties”—- let’s make it very clear that the members of the FBI are no longer public officers and have no “official duties”. They are commercial mercenaries acting under color of law at the behest of private, mostly foreign-owned banks, including the IMF, and dirty politicians.

Just so everyone is clear here— the UN Corporation was set up in France several years before the United Nations was chartered. The UN Corporation chartered the IMF, also in France. The IMF then chartered the UNITED STATES, which set up franchises for itself called the STATE OF OREGON and the STATE OF WISCONSIN and so on, and set up shop here in the business of providing “essential governmental services”.

Since when did ambush, murder, false arrest, kidnapping and misrepresentation of our political status become a “service” that we are paying for?

The facts of the matter are these: these “agencies” are nothing but private subcontractors of the UNITED STATES, INC. and its STATE OF OREGON franchise— foreign commercial mercenaries acting under color of law on our soil, wearing uniforms and flashing badges and pretending to be part of our lawful government when they are not. The FBI is a private security force hired and maintained for the purpose of racketeering under color of law in this country.

It is always the same. Banks behind the scenes hire some of us to kill and defraud others of us and these “agents” commit these horrible crimes, because they are ignorant dumb brutes, trained from birth to take orders without question. Just like the Nazis. Just like the British at Amritsar. Just like the First Order troopers in the newest version of Star Wars.

Always, we Americans seem to buy both ends of the stick, abused both coming and going. If we shoot, we shoot ourselves, because it is Americans who are being hired to do this dirty work for the British Crown and the French Government and the bankers in back of it all.

This time, we have no excuse for not hearing the guns at Amritsar and Concord.

The States of America are still alive, still here despite all the lies that the Queen and her minions can tell. Our people are still sovereign. We’ve been defrauded and abused by international banks and members of the Bar Associations, but then, who hasn’t been? The fraud stretches back 150 years, but that is of no concern: there is no statute of limitation on the crime of fraud, and fraud vitiates all that it touches ever afterward.

The Fraud Reset Button takes us back to 1860 and the election of Abraham Lincoln, a lawyer prohibited from holding any public office in our government by our actual Constitution known as The Constitution for the united States of America, but who was nonetheless elected to serve as “President” of the United States— a commercial trading company that Lincoln bankrupted in 1863.

At the end of the Civil War those responsible booted up a new corporation calling itself The United States of America (Inc.) and they published a brand new corporate charter deceptively named “the Constitution of the United States of America” and they busily began amending it however they pleased without ratification by the states. All Amendments from the 13th onward are private by-laws of a private for-profit governmental services corporation and its successors, having no meaning or applicability as public law.

Via the simple process of incorporation the con artists responsible removed the Federal Government off the jurisdiction of the land and out from under the actual Constitution and Law of the Land, and placed all their offices and operations in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Law of the Sea. Either by guile or by ignorance, state governments followed suit and incorporated their operations with the same result. So did the units of county government. They were bribed into doing this with promises of “federal revenue sharing”—– that is, kickbacks from IMF racketeering profits.

Since then two large colluding banking cartels — the Federal Reserve and the International Monetary Fund — have kept us entertained with every form of banking and securities and bankruptcy and probate fraud imaginable. The IMF has been responsible for the actions at Ruby Ridge, at Waco, and now, in Oregon, where a sweet and innocent young man lays dead. His blood is on your hands.

How much are we to charge you for what you can never undo or repay?

You, Monsieur President Hollande, have sent your private-for profit corporations over here to do business selling us “governmental services” and let them run rampant, without enforcement of their charters and without respecting your treaty obligations owed to the united States of America and the American people. You have let them operate as inland pirates and racketeers on our shores for which we hold the French Government responsible.

You, Mr. Obama, have followed your own master, the British Crown, and allowed the same despicable performance— probate fraud, bankruptcy fraud, banking and securities fraud, racketeering, unlawful conversion of assets, mischaracterization of political status, violent armed extortion, kidnapping, inland piracy, press-ganging, identity theft, personage, barratry and more — crimes that have been for the most part outlawed worldwide for between a hundred and two hundred years. For that, we hold the Federal United States and the Members of Congress and the British Government and the British Monarch responsible.

We demand the immediate release and return of the Americans ambushed and placed under false arrest by the FBI in Oregon and the immediate arrest of the officers and their superiors responsible for this outrage. We are bringing charges to the local Common Law Grand Juries in Oregon against the corporate employee responsible for the execution-style killing of LaVoy Finicum. We expect this man to be indicted for aggravated and premeditated murder in the first degree while impersonating an officer and engaged in armed racketeering under color of law. Every man involved in this ambush, killing, and false arrest is an accomplice to this crime.

All the bank officials and administrative officers including the members of the American Bar Association who have contributed to and preserved this system of violent fraud must be arrested and punished as befits their crimes as murderers and thieves. The offending banks must be liquidated and their assets returned to the people they have harmed and their heirs.

Well, look at multiple countries since the last financial crash in 2008. What has been the result ? The rich and elite are richer, the poor are starving due to inflation of food prices and the middle-classes have almost been erased from existence.

So since 2008, Yahushua has allowed the elite to bury millions of talents by snatching all the world money for themselves. History says i am correct because that is exactly what is happening worldwide.

Peasants now don't have the money to start their own businesses utilizing their talent(s), because the money goes on food and bills. Banks are also not lending, because they already know, 'what is the point of giving money to this peasant, when we know that there will never be people with money to purchase their products'.

It seems that the elite are going to get their 'good ole days' during the 18th Century again where if debters cannot pay bills, they get sent to prison and stay there until the debts are payed off. American students with student loan debts are now finding this out to be true.

So how can Yahushua expect a student to utilize their talent if He allows the elite to lock them up in a prison cell where they will never ever be able to pay off the student loan debt let alone get a job ?

If Yahushua erased all of the currupt banksters, politicians and powers that be in 2008; the poor people would not be suffering so much now as the new economy would have given them a chance to use their talent(s).
