Yoga is bad stuff, though. Remember this video: http://timenolonger.ning.com/video/the-truth-behind-yoga-baby-yoga
The point of the video isn't really about how the child is mishandled (though he is), it is about the occult roots of Yoga as a practice and what you are opening yourself up to, even when the techniques seem innocent. I am not at all sure that it's possible to subtract the bad elements of something occult and use the "good" parts because very often those seemingly innocent elements have a meaning that is hidden from the casual user of them.
One example of that is the law of attraction. Supposedly a practice of just using positive thinking to draw what you want into your life. Sounds good enough, but it's very dangerous. It's part of a real basic occult philosophy and one can't really cut around that bad part to get to something good because its origin is bad.
Stretching exercises is stretching exercises but Yoga is Yoga (which is involving a meditative state). Definitely know where the thing you choose to practice has its beginnings before getting really into it.
Here's the testimony from a girl who was very involved with it:
"List of dangerous antidepressants that cause sudden death is rapidly expanding
The list of antidepressants that can cause sudden death is growing exponentially, with citalopram - under the brand names Celexa and Cipramil - the latest such drug to be added, according to a new study.
The research, published recently in the British Medical Journal, revealed that the drug tends to cause a lengthening of the Q-T interval, a part of the cycle of heart beat measured by an electrocardiogram, or what is more commonly known as an EKG or ECG. Indeed, a number of drugs are known for creating this phenomenon, the most notable among them being methadone, which has been documented as causing sudden death in some patients, especially when dosages are increased too rapidly.
"There are no symptoms indicating a risk. A perfectly normal person will literally drop dead," writes Heidi Stevenson at GaiaHealth.com.
The heartbeat is regulated by a series of electrical pulses, and key points of the pattern printed on an EKG are labeled P, Q, R, S, T. If the time between the Q and T waves is lengthened, it is referred to as "Q-T elongation," or a prolonged Q-T segment; the only way to know if it is occurring; however, is with an EKG.
"There are generally no external clues, so outside of testing, you would have no way of knowing that you've been affected," Stevenson writes..."

"Amish Girl Being Forced into Experimental Chemotherapy Taken Out of US and Recovers with Natural Treatment
Just in (Monday 0917 est)-- Father said 10-year-old Sarah would physically fight if the hospital tried to force her to be hooked up to the chemotherapy. She does not want it anymore. Unconfirmed reports say Warrants have been issued.
Early in October 2013, the entire nation heard about how Sarah Hershberger, a 10-year old Ohio Amish girl with leukemia (now recovered), is being forced into a two-year unproven experimental chemotherapy study by Akron Children’s Hospital (ACH). It was just learned the parents, Andy and Anna Hershberger, took their significantly recovered daughter out of the United States before the court ruled that a hospital-affiliated, attorney-nurse, Maria Schimer, was made the medical guardian to make sure Sarah will get her treatments. Parents reported this week the child is fully recovered through natural treatments. Schimer is General Counsel (chief legal advisor) for Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), a close affiliate and business partner of the hospital. According to Andy, Ms. Schimer has never met Sarah or him and his wife and they were never told their child was being used in a research study—among other things.
Although they do not know it yet, the hospital now has a big problem they must deal with. Sarah is completely recovered, as of October 23, according to Andy. The hospital told them and the news media that Sarah would die in a few months without the treatment they recommend. Three doctors that have treated her with a natural, biochemical protocol using nutrition, supplements and plant extracts have declared Sarah cancer free based on cat scans and blood tests—confirmed three times..."

Editor In Chief Of World’s Best Known Medical Journal: Half Of All The Literature Is False
"...“The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness.”
This is quite distrubing, given the fact that all of these studies (which are industry sponsored) are used to develop drugs/vaccines to supposedly help people, train medical staff, educate medical students and more.
It’s common for many to dismiss a lot of great work by experts and researchers at various institutions around the globe which isn’t “peer-reviewed” and doesn’t appear in a “credible” medical journal, but as we can see, “peer-reviewed” doesn’t really mean much anymore. “Credible” medical journals continue to lose their tenability in the eyes of experts and employees of the journals themselves, like Dr. Horton..."

Research: Smoking Marijuana Causes Complete Crohn's Disease Remission in 45% of Patients
"...In the United States, according to the Controlled Substance Act:
"[W]hen it comes to a drug that is currently listed in schedule I, if it is undisputed that such drug has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States and a lack of accepted safety for use under medical supervision, and it is further undisputed that the drug has at least some potential for abuse sufficient to warrant control under the CSA, the drug must remain in schedule I."
As it happens, marijuana is a Schedule I drug. The government says it has a potential for abuse, which it doesn't, and that it has no accepted medicinal use, which it clearly does.
According to a new study, cannabis has the capability to cause Crohn's Disease to enter remission in 45% of patients.
The study examined 21 people with Crohn's Disease. Half were given cigarettes without cannabinoids and the other half were given joints to smoke.
The joints contained 23% THC and .5% CBD. 45% of the people given joints every day for eight weeks experienced complete remission of their Chron's disease.
The remainder reported that symptoms were approximately half as severe. They were able to eat and sleep without so much pain.
"Subjects receiving cannabis reported improved appetite and sleep, with no significant side effects," reports the study.
This is the first time a placebo-controlled trial has been conducted on cannabis and Crohn's Disease. With any luck, more will follow.
Just one more ailment cannabis may cure."

Psilocybin, from magic mushrooms, eases anxiety and depression in cancer patients
"...After feeling the drug kick in, she felt like she was lost at sea, afraid. One of her therapists held her hand, and this gave her mooring. She had a vision of her fear as a dark mass under her ribcage. It was consuming her. She became angry, furious. “Get the (censored) out!” she screamed.
A moment later, the fear was gone. “It completely evaporated,” she says.
Next, she felt transported to a place where she felt nothing but love. “I’m an atheist, but the best way to describe it—I felt bathed in God’s love… probably the most powerful emotion I’ve ever felt.”..."
