CPS Legally Kidnapping Your Children
The American people are conditioned to trust government agencies of all types, regardless of what practices and lack of oversight might be involved. Society is not encouraged to be the watchdogs over state meddling in the people's affairs which they should really be. Of all the blindly trusted government action in their lives people are least likely to question, Child Protective Services probably tops the list.
The name of the agency itself strikes right to the heart of a serious reactionary trigger in people's minds. The safety of children is a normal adult human concern. Protecting helpless children from all forms of abuse is a natural and good instinct given by the Creator which, in spite of the depravity of the world, still burns strong in most of humanity. Unfortunately, it is also a target of the enemy to twist and pervert to their advantage, removing what is a matter of common sense defense of children in exchange for the nonsensical notion that the state, and not parents, are what is best for them.
Little known to most Americans, Child Protective Services is not in the business of being the non-profit benefactors of abused children. They do indeed collect profits from each child which is taken from their family. The state receives federal bounty payment on each child adopted out through CPS. What this agency truly constitutes is a legal kidnapping ring, if legalities are to be defined by whatever the government can get away with. We can not even take solace in assuming that those children adopted out go to good families... the CPS has, on numerous occasions, been directly linked with handing over illegally obtained children to international child sex slavery operations. Those that end up in foster care are very often forced onto regimens of psychiatric medication which will irreversibly impair their brain development, all without the consent of biological parents who, in many cases have done nothing, whatsoever to justify the kidnapping of their kids.
It should come as no surprise that the controllers of the nation...and the world's affairs have an agenda to take apart the family unit entirely. As long as the family unit survives, the parents remain the primary educators of their children....this in turn means that those ideals which are passed down over generations, which would oppose the ideologies of a globalist agenda, can persist. The only true way to convert a population entirely to a "New World Order" of thinking is to begin at the cradle, programming young minds to perceive the state as the parental figure of consequence. All teaching must come from the state...the ideologies which are held by the "elite" must be those which are instilled at the most formative moments of a child's life. Likewise, parents must be taught that their authority over their own children is second to that of the state and that it is not a biological right, but simply a privilege, much like a driver's license.
One has only to look at what constitutes a reason to tear someone's child away from them to really begin to see what this supposed benevolent agency is about. Amongst the thousands and thousands of cases anyone can easily pull up of bereft parents who have had their children stolen from them under extremely questionable circumstances, comes the recent and most disturbing tale of John Irish and his fiance Stephanie Taylor.
John Irish is a member of or affiliated with what is known as the Oath Keepers. The Oath Keepers are an association of firemen, police officers and military personnel dedicated to upholding civilian rights afforded under the Constitution and refuse to uphold orders from their superiors which violate those rights. They are non violent, non partisan and wholly legal in the most fundamental way according to what stated in the Constitution.

Thursday night, shortly after the birth of their new baby girl, Cheyenne, John Irish and Stephanie Taylor lost their parental rights and their child was stolen. New Hampshire Division of Family Child Services along with police enlisted hospital staff to take the child, telling her parents it was in order for a pediatrician to perform a routine exam. After taking the child, police emerged and demanded Irish allow them to search him, which they did, even after his refusal. Finding nothing more than a lighter and a pocket knife, an affidavit was produced stating Irish's involvement with Oath Keepers as the primary reason for taking the child amongst an array of secondary charges which Irish states are entirely erroneous. One of those secondary charges sited was his refusal to attend anger management courses...a charge which does not remotely constitute a cause for seizing one's child.
According to the affidavit, John Irish was a member of a "Militia called the Oath Keepers". The Oath Keepers are not, in fact, a militia at all. A militia, by definition, would be comprised of a civilians who have trained and are able to operate as a state specific defense force....many of the Oath Keepers are not civilian, but in the employment of the US military itself and the association is not a unified martial defense team, but simply a collection of police, firefighters, military, etc who have sworn to uphold the very oath which was required of them to take in their employment.
What is clearly the case here is that a visible line has been drawn in the sand by the PTB. A statement on free speech has been loudly broadcast..and its intent is to hit the most sensitive nerve of any normal human being...their children. The controllers want all people to know..that speaking your mind, standing up against a dictatorial government and demanding your basic human rights be left intact will cost you, and cost you dearly. You have been warned...you can either stand up for what's right..or you can keep your kids...but the two will not be compatible. The enemy knows just how dearly beloved children are to their parents...that a mother or a father has a deep, primal instinct to protect and even die for their kids. They know that just as if the American people were prisoners of war, they are much more likely to bow before their captors if their captors threaten their children than if they torture the prisoners themselves.
John Irish's story has made a lot of noise..and that's a good thing. If the public is aware and outraged, they certainly should be. His is not the first story of it's kind to have taken place though. Irish's position has been the position of many families before him who have stood up against tyranny, we can only hope that his is the one which will be the voice of the many.
In Williamson County, Austin, last April, the scene was not so different. Barry and Candi Cooper were drug reform activists and film makers who has a happy 7 year old son. They feel under investigation from CPS due to rumors that they were "teaching their son to distrust the government". One night their home was raided and searched by police officers claiming that they had heard Barry's voice in the background of a false police report. After discovering an amount of marijuana which equated to a small misdemeanor charge, they were both arrested.
Some days later, while their son was visiting family in East Texas, CPS contacted the Coopers threatening felony endangerment charges. The filed grievances against these parents were officially being unsuitable parents due to teaching their child to distrust the government and aggressiveness toward authorities because they demanded a court order prior to CPS entering their home.
Take a good look at the country you live in...especially if you are a parent of a minor child or might become one. Understand that for every individual who is intimidated into laying down and accepting the harassment of the state in their family affairs out of fear, there is that much more to fear in the future. Every incremental step the dictators succeed in taking, is one step closer to a country where no one will have a secure right to protect their own children from a government who might see fit to kidnap them.
As terrifying a statement as they have made in threatening to steal children due to political viewpoints...it is not time to lay down and accept it. If anything, it is time for parents to rethink allowing their children to partake in the system altogether. Babies have been born for millennia outside of hospitals and humanity still survived...take the power out of the hands of the controllers and have your children at home. Don't register them..don't send them to public schools, don't take them for vaccinations. Parents, take your kids from the state before the state takes them from you.

Truly is a frightening article and happening. I have taught my son not to trust the government and such. He goes to public school and at times, speaks very loudly. I have made him aware that may not be such a good thing to do.He wishes to wake others up and to ask questions as well. Wouldn't surprise me if we were watched closely.

I am not saying that the taking of this child was right, but there may be more than the public knows, such as this:
"Mother of the baby, Stephanie Janvrin's former partner and legal husband, David Taylor refuses to sign divorce papers and claims that he is the father of the baby according to statements made at the protest.
"He will not accept or sign the papers" for a divorce. "He just will not do it," she said.
Many women become Targeted Individuals after separating from their partners according to self-support group communications."

True those allegations have been made about her former husband..although that apparently wasn't an official concern of the police or CPS according to the affidavit. In any case...what mother would feel there was justice done in having her child taken from her over what Might be going on in her personal life? Are you, and others, suggesting that this whole Affidavit is untrue? Isn't that speculating? I have no personal knowledge of these two people? Do you?
I am not sure I understand exactly what your position is. If there is lying going on, it is probably happening on both sides. My concern is for the innocent child(ren). Is there really enough information out here in the public realm to discern what the truth really is? Is this really the best story to be used to besmirch the reputation of CPS? I'm a truth-seeker; I have to ask.
I understand, and even agree, that gov't agencies often overstep their bounds. But because of 'the system', family and friends are prohibited today from taking measures to protect the children. Someone has to look out for their welfare, and while, granted, the judgment of gov't bureaucracies is not always trustworthy, what is a reasonable alternative if there is indeed a history that suggests this couple lack the ability to nourish and nurture a child?
I think all seven points must be taken as a whole, but having said that, I agree that being a member of Oath Keepers certainly is not evidence that such person is a threat. But, is the solution to just ignore the other six points of that Affidavit? I don't think so. So, perhaps it is correct to argue to remove item 7, but there are still the remaining six, so I don't believe the child was removed because of point 7.
But because you nor I nor any others but John Irish and Stephanie Taylor know the truth, I maintain this is a matter that is being wrongly used to offend the public, when it is really not our concern. For better or worse, the right place for this matter is in a courtroom where, hopefully, justice will be done.

that is an interesting verse in Proverbs.. "He that passes by and meddles with strife belonging not to him is like one that takes a dog by the ears".. it apparently begins the second half of chapter 26.. the first half (vss 1-16) dealing primarily with the nature of 'a fool'.. the second (17-28) with the nature of 'a talebearer'.
17 He that passeth by, [and] meddleth with strife [belonging] not to him, [is like] one that taketh a dog by the ears.
18 As a mad [man] who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death,
19 So [is] the man [that] deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?
20 Where no wood is, [there] the fire goeth out: so where [there is] no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.
21 [As] coals [are] to burning coals, and wood to fire; so [is] a contentious man to kindle strife.
22 The words of a talebearer [are] as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.

these statements speak about liars, gossips, flatterers, people who deceptively interject themselves into others problems in order, not to help, but to further inflame the contention and then run and tell it. this does not seem a difficult thing to do.. to not be a gossiping liar..
in contrast.. there is this from chapter 31 verses 8 and 9.. "Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. 9: Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy." ..which may at times have seemed difficult for all of us who have ever turned a deaf ear or a blind eye on the cause of those who could not speak, or stand up, for themselves..
after the introduction (verses 1 and 2) ..chapter 31 deals with what is seemly for a king (3-9) ..and the type of wife befitting a king (10-31)
03 Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings.
04 [It is] not for kings, O Lemuel, [it is] not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink:
05 Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.
06 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
07 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
08 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.

these verses outline how righteousness for a king is to be just and merciful and to plead the cause of the lowly.. verses 8 and 9 are perhaps better translated within the CPS corruption report by Senator Nancy Schaefer, as "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and the needy"..
Senator Nancy Schaefer, 50th District of Georgia, authored a report entitled "The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services".. read the report which cost Mrs Schaefer her position as Senator.
Senator Schaefer's conclusions include the following..
"that caseworkers and social workers are oftentimes guilty of fraud. They withhold evidence. They fabricate evidence and they seek to terminate parental rights. However, when charges are made against them, the charges are ignored;"
"that the separation of families is growing as a business because local governments have grown accustomed to having taxpayer dollars to balance their ever-expanding budgets;"
"that Child Protective Service and Juvenile Court can always hide behind a confidentiality clause in order to protect their decisions and keep the funds flowing. There should be open records and "court watches"! Look who is being paid! There are state employees, lawyers, court investigators, court personnel, and judges. There are psychologists, and psychiatrists, counselors, caseworkers, therapists, foster parents, adoptive parents, and on and on. All are looking to the children in state custody to provide job security. Parents do not realize that social workers are the glue that holds "the system" together that funds the court, the child's attorney, and the multiple other jobs including DFCS's attorney."
"that The Adoption and the Safe Families Act, set in motion by President Bill Clinton, offered cash "bonuses" to the states for every child they adopted out of foster care. In order to receive the "adoption incentive bonuses" local child protective services need more children. They must have merchandise (children) that sell and you must have plenty of them so the buyer can choose. Some counties are known to give a $4,000 bonus for each child adopted and an additional $2,000 for a "special needs" child. Employees work to keep the federal dollars flowing;"
"that there is double dipping. The funding continues as long as the child is out of the home. When a child in foster care is placed with a new family then "adoption bonus funds" are available. When a child is placed in a mental health facility and is on 16 drugs per day, like two children of a constituent of mine, more funds are involved;"

"that the incentive for social workers to return children to their parents quickly after taking them has disappeared and who in protective services will step up to the plate and say, "This must end! No one, because they are all in the system together and a system with no leader and no clear policies will always fail the children. "that some parents are even told if they want to see their children or grandchildren, they must divorce their spouse. Many, who are under privileged, feeling they have no option, will divorce and then just continue to live together. This is an anti-family policy, but parents will do anything to get their children home with them."
"that The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect in 1998 reported that six times as many children died in foster care than in the general public and that once removed to official "safety", these children are far more likely to suffer abuse, including sexual molestation than in the general population."

to anyone who believes that CPS is OK.. i suggest reading Mrs. Schaefer's report in its entirety and objectively researching the vast amount of evidence for the atrocities conducted by CPS under the guise of "keeping your children safe".
this woman stood up for the cause of those who were being taken advantage of and being stripped of their own flesh and blood.. in March of this year, Nancy Schaefer and her husband were found dead in their home, each the victim of a single gunshot wound.. Nancy was said to have been about to reveal sensitive information live on the Alex Jones Show.
in the case of John Irish let us ask ourselves who would we trust.. the word of a member of a predominantly Christian group such as Oath Keepers.. or the allegations made by a government organization that has not only been exposed nationally as a corrupt and abusive ring, but also which, by nature, must function as an extension of the worldwide beast system.. if we are to believe the warnings issued by our Savior then we must accept that every government agency is involved in the demoralization of humanity to the end of utter subjugation.
no one suggested the affidavit regarding John Irish was untrue.. however in light of the evidence available about CPS corruption, i would not be surprised it was.

At this point, this whole discussion falls into the realm of speculation, as I believe the arguments - pros and cons - for each side could be stacked up. If CPS allegedly has a history which would make them suspect, I suggest that John Irish and Stephanie Taylor also, allegedly, have a history which would make them suspect.
I think this is the wrong case to present as evidence of wrong-doing on the part of CPS, if the intent is to convince others they are evil. There are too many extenuating circumstances surrounding John Irish and Stephanie Taylor that they have brought on themselves, apparently witnessed by others; the least of which is being a member of Oath-Keepers.
I would say a more correct example of wrong-doing on the part of CPS is removing children for parents who are homeschooling.
I am really surprised by the position being posited here at this site: the fixation on CPS and one point of a 7-point Affidavit, and the seeming unwillingness to answer the questions I have posed regarding the Affidavit.

I'm not sure what any others are suggesting...but i'm not suggesting that the affidavit is true or untrue, rather i offer it to show what, according to the authorities, the problems are which supposedly justify the taking of the child. Assuming that all things stated on it are true (minus the Oath Keepers being tagged a "militia") these things don't comprise a legal justification for taking the child. Morally speaking i don't think they do either... the children taken prior to this were supposedly taken due to her marriage to an abusive man which she is no longer with. If this is the right course of action based upon that premise then we must assume that there is a greater danger of this man coming into contact with and abusing the child than there is any chance of CPS itself causing trauma, abuse or neglect to her. Based upon the governments own statistics...the odds don't support that assumption.
"I am not sure I understand exactly what your position is. If there is lying going on, it is probably happening on both sides. My concern is for the innocent child(ren). Is there really enough information out here in the public realm to discern what the truth really is? Is this really the best story to be used to besmirch the reputation of CPS?"
The main point of what i wrote is the reputation of the CPS prior to and beyond this incident...rather than using this incident to make assumptions about the CPS, the justice done in the this incident is called into question based upon an atrocious record of CPS abuses. Maybe these parents are lying about something, but it's an incident which follows a pattern with CPS. I'm not assuming sure innocence on the part of the parents..i'm assuming sure corruption on the part of Child Protective Services based upon a myriad of cases like this and worse. If one side deserves the benefit of the doubt (and thus custody of the child), it's the parents.

That's is the trouble..."based on the system" the extended family is excluded from taking personal action. The system is corrupt from every angle and therefor we can't expect to add one more corrupt agency to hopefully become the lesser of two evils...the lesser of two evils will still be evil. The family until should become a family again...immediate and extended, taking all power away from the state and taking into consideration no state prohibition which would prevent it. If CPS is provably far more likely to cause harm to children than parents in general, what good is coming out of relying on them to police family matters?

I listened to the interview with John Irish on other points mentioned in the affidavit and he denied their legitimacy...i realize that's nothing more than his word but his word is at least worth some doubt cast on what was claimed. What are the odds we're dealing with state corruption in this matter within a system that is by nature corrupt as opposed to people who in actuality will allow harm to come to their newborn child? Do we have a government which has documented statements of hostility towards groups like Oath Keepers? Yes, we do... they are named as "potential domestic terrorists".
"But because you nor I nor any others but John Irish and Stephanie Taylor know the truth, I maintain this is a matter that is being wrongly used to offend the public, when it is really not our concern. For better or worse, the right place for this matter is in a courtroom where, hopefully, justice will be done."
For some who have covered the incident, it stands as a statement solely about Oath Keepers and freeedom of speech. My point is directed at CPS beyond any of that, which even if this incident was by some chance an entirely legitimate one on their part, would not change the facts about that agency. The trouble is with leaving this...or anything else of questionable justice to the courts and out of the public sphere..is that this rationale has so far ended in a continuance of corruption in the system, where innocent until proven guilty no longer applies. I think that we do have some obligation to stick out noses in these things... who else is going to demand real justice when the system has proven it will not demand it of itself?

Federal statistics say that there are approximately 3 million reports of suspected child abuse and neglect each year. Of the “substantiated” cases, 68% do NOT involve child maltreatment, according to the federal authorities. This figure is escalating at an alarming rate each year as over zealous reporting and frivolous intervention by CPS spins out of control.
Under the CPS microscope every word, inflection, and action is attributed with the most bizarre and outlandish “meanings.” If you have ever bounced a check, you have a “criminal record”; if your child is shy, they are “fearful and withdrawn”; if they are outgoing and active, they are “acting out due to the trauma.”
Federal law gives CPS 15 months to seek Termination of Parental Rights and have the child adopted out (and collect hefty adoption incentive bonuses—did we mention the money?) So, children are being put up for adoption based on the timeline, even when parents have not had a chance to answer the initial allegations, and in the absence of any evidence or charges that they have harmed their child. Social workers routinely perjure themselves under oath without ever facing any penalties or admonishment.
This is a HUGE growth industry that provides private profit through Medicaid. Service providers (vendors) hold multi-million dollar contracts with the social service agencies. Families are ordered to engage in “services” with the contracted vendors, all of whom bill Medicaid at inflated rates for “services” that are often inappropriate, unnecessary, onerous, and completely irrelevant (not to mention unconstitutional) to the families situation, or to child maltreatment.
We USED to be Christian home schoolers. Evidently, the State of Texas has a resocialization program underway to destroy my daughter’s belief system since it’s a crime to be a Christian and to home school. It is socialist ideology that children should be raised by the State. Dr. C. "Confessions of a Child Protective Service Headhunter
My name is Black Michael and I granted way of Canada and Australia and the world my exclusive story as a retired headhunter who is trying to make amends for the over 25,000 children removed over a twenty-two year period.
CPS and other agencies paid me to falsify information to make these children wards of the court. As I said last week my job was to locate families on welfare, low income, low I.Q. or the least likely to be able to afford counsel that could get them their children returned to their custody. I was paid $1,800 per child I brought into care, with a $500.00 bonus if a child was in someway handicapped and a $10,000 bonus if a child was adopted out without parental consent.

First, we located a family that fit the criteria. Then watched that family for a circumstance that really happened, that was not really dangerous. With the economy as it is and the expected depression through by 2012, CPS and like organizations are doubling their quotas to stay in business and have no doubt for them this business is slowly monetary and has nothing to do with the safety of children in legitimate terms.
More children die in the hands of their foster parents than in the hands of their true parents for which I know I am responsible for the loss of life to these 11 of these children by falsifying records and statements.....
As headhunters, we took a full week long course on how to spot vulnerable families, how to falsify allegations, how to testify to CPS benefit. This course also taught us that when children were taken into care the immediate program of separation of child from family would begin. The child would be rewarded for compliance and punished for defiance. A type of mind control would be used by foster parents even though these foster parents did not know they were being taught these skills during their training of two weeks.
Foster parents only have criminal checks. They are not interviewed by psychologists or trained personnel. They merely have to express their want to be foster parents and follow the instructions of care and reward and punishment to keep the children in their care under their control. The foster parent school is to separate the child from his or her parents as widely as possible.
The child, when the prearranged telephone call or visit has not produced, the child is told your mother and father hate you, they don't want you, that is why they never showed up. We love you, we want you, you are safe with us as long as you follow our simple rules and expectations. Very quickly most contact with birth parents and families is brought to very limited contact. "

"I think this is the wrong case to present as evidence of wrong-doing on the part of CPS, if the intent is to convince others they are evil....I would say a more correct example of wrong-doing on the part of CPS is removing children for parents who are homeschooling."
I just want to reiterate that it is not this case which calls CPS into question for me...but CPS that calls this case into question for me. I wholeheartedly agree that CPS is guilty of targetting homeschooling parents and that falls under the same sort of hostility towards those that separate themslves from the status quo that i've discussed.

I'm not at all unwilling to answer ..i'm just not always avalailable to post replies promtly, and since this is really a subject i brought up and posted a position on, rather than being the opinion of the whole site, i'm really the only one who can explain that position. If the things i've answered here are not thorough enough, i'll be glad to address whatever needs addressing further.

Father Harassed By CPS For Feeding Kids Organic Food
"See Something, Say Something": Neighbors report on man for refusing to make daughters drink tap water or take vaccines

Monday, December 13, 2010A father of two was harassed and investigated by Child Protective Services and police for feeding his daughters organic food, refusing to make them drink fluoride-poisoned tap water and not having them injected with mercury-laden vaccines, all of which constitutes "suspicious activity" in the new Sovietized America, a foretaste of what’s to come once Big Sis’ Wal-Mart spy campaign gets up and running.
Relating his story to the Sherrie Questioning All blog, the man states that a child abuse investigation was launched after one of his neighbors reported him to the authorities, prompting a CPS worker to visit his home accompanied by a police officer, during which she bombarded him with questions and conducted a warrantless search of his house, even down to the contents of his refrigerator.
The case worker turned up at the man’s door with a police cruiser in close attendance. The woman nervously began to question him and was obviously under the impression that he could pose a physical threat.
"She said that there were allegations that I wouldn’t give my children tap water," writes the father, before noting how he explained to the woman that municipal tap water in most parts of the United States is poisoned with sodium fluoride, a form of toxic waste that contributes to innumerable health problems, including disorders affecting teeth, bones, the brain and the thyroid gland, as well as lowering IQ.
The woman’s line of questioning took an even more bizarre turn after she told him that one of the accusations against him which led to allegations of child abuse was that he fed his daughters organic food. That’s right – Americans actually think that if you don’t feed your children genetically-modified, gluten-stuffed, high fructose corn syrup-crammed, aspartame-laden garbage like KFC or McDonalds then you’re probably a child abuser. Eating natural, clean and healthy food not sprayed with sickening pesticides is now a suspicious activity.
"I was still quite frightened by this woman in my house, I mean really think about it," writes the father. "This woman has the authority to take the only things worth living for away from me. My girls. So the allegations continued."
The CPS worker then demanded to know why the man refused to have his daughters vaccinated, again implying that this was a form of child abuse. "I said yes that’s true, I refuse to allow my children to be poked with syringes filled with squalene, thimerasol, mercury,etc. I promptly produced my states exemption form. That was the end of that allegation," he writes.
The interrogation concluded with the CPS worker asking the man’s daughters if he smacked them.
"They said ‘oh yeah my daddy will whoop my backside if I say a nasty word,’ he writes. "The woman asked me if this was true, I said yes, and it is completely legal to spank your child in this state, in fact there are school districts here in my state that allow ii in public schools."
The woman, who had not obtained a legal warrant to search the house, inspected the girls’ rooms and even the father’s fridge before leaving.
Despite the fact that the man’s behavior in not making his kids drink toxic waste and eat GMO garbage, while protecting them from mercury-filled vaccines, actually proves that he is an outstanding parent who cares deeply for his children, he was subject to a one month investigation before the case was closed.
The man was able to confirm that he was informed on by someone he knew after the case worker asked him about his "bug bag," a 72 hour emergency preparedness kit. Apparently, even though Homeland Security itself encourages Americans to prepare for emergencies, actually doing so is a sign of "child abuse".
Presumably, this is the kind of community spirit Big Sis is seeking to encourage as part of Homeland Security’s "See Something, Say Something" program, where Wal-Mart shoppers are encouraged to report suspicious activity to the authorities after watching a video message at the checkout featuring Janet Napolitano.
Since the DHS program makes no reference to what constitutes "suspicious activity," expect to read many more stories about Americans being investigated and harassed for their personal lifestyle choices as a result of being turned in by ignorant Americans who think that being knowledgable about health issues is a form of child abuse

The program called "if you see something, say something" had its beginning in New York following 9-11. Now this is expanded to encompass any possible crime, beyond just suspicion of terrorism and the line between domestic crimes (even small ones) and terrorism is purposely blurred for the public.
This program is simply a means to encourage the public to behave as extensions of an oppressive government. It is fueled by a programmed sense of civil duty and a desire to be a"good person" through an over-paranoid surveillance of fellow citizens. Besides these things, though, it has a great potential to become a way for any person to seek retribution on another for whatever grudges they may hold and no attempt will be made to understand the reasons accusations are made by the one reporting them. Any person who simply disagrees with another, doesn't like another's demeanor or the way they dress or look can easily create a terrible experience for the individual by a simple claim to authorities that they have done something "suspicious".

• When Maryanne refused to let CPS take her daughter away, CPS personnel then called the police, who then smashed down her front door and attempted to raid her home to kidnap her daughter by force.
• The police did NOT have a warrant or any court documents whatsoever granting them any right to enter Maryanne’s home, according to Godboldo’s attorneys.
• Police say that after they smashed in the front door, Maryanne opened fire on them. (Who wouldn’t open fire on a group of armed assailants trying to kidnap their daughter, by the way?)
• A SWAT team was then called in, carrying semiautomatic rifles and sniper gear. A 12-hour standoff ensued.
• Maryanne eventually surrendered to the SWAT team, and the state took her daughter to a psychiatric hospital where she is now being molested by the staff there, her mother says.
• Maryanne Godboldo now faces multiple felony charges: firing a weapon in a dwelling, felonious assault, resisting and obstructing an officer, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
• CPS lied about the child’s father’s ability to take care of her as a tactic to kidnap her from her mother.
• Community groups in Detroit are now rallying on behalf of the family there, shouting “Free Arianna” (the daughter)...."
