@David, I think everyone will be ok and there is no cause for fear, but if you find yourself sick vitamin C is the best thing. Lots of it. You can get this in citrus fruits but its also contained in a lot of other plants.

Hey Sinclair!  Will watch this video momentarily.  Logging in to ask your thoughts on the president's remarks last night.  He opened with congratulating the federal reserve.  Is the dropping interest rate supposed to be a suspension or an end to the Fed?  Is that not the goal?  Just didn't know if you'd were hearing anything.  Thanks!

@david omweno can you get oil of oregano where you are?  There is a compound in the oregano plant called cavracol. It is anti viral and antibacterial.  Very potent.  I recommend it.

Can confirm on the oregano. We often use it for pasturella pneumonia in sheep. The dosage is very small - only about 5 drops for an adult sheep. They get that for about a week and it clears it right up.
