oh dear, i don't believe for one second that they didn't allow them to develop!  i know that mixing 2 species is destructive to the dna!  just imagine, they could do this the whole time, mix species, sure it would be a secret! NO, they would have grown them by now and shown the world if it were possible!

They have made some human / animal chimeras public. These chimeras are those that won't send the public "over the edge" at this point. They don't Look like they are part human, so the public reaction will not be overwhelming to the agenda. As people become more numbed to this idea, the stranger specimens will be shown to the public...those that Do look different. We should be aware that technological capability is, at all times, 40 years advanced beyond what is public information, it is no great leap of imagination to consider that they do have some very strange hybrid creatures in existence at this time.

Yes, they'll always tell you that there is some great achievement to be made for the betterment of mankind anytime they decide to do something that they know will shake the populace just a little. This assures that enough of the public will be persuaded to get behind something which should really result in a natural reaction of repulsion.
