cat skin issues?

Hi, i recently got a adult cat and he was living in a barn and recently i've noticed that he has some skin issues like somethings been biteing him and he has a pattern in his hair kind of and i don't think it's fleas and was wondering what it might be and how to treat it because i didn't want to use something fake on it

If the hair is coming out in circles it's ringworm, which is a fungus. Tea tree oil would work for that. If the hair is coming out in patches it's probably mange. Those are little mites that are hard to see. Neem oil would be good for that, I think.
