This year has seen an incredible number of extremely destructive disasters, causing great loss of life, property and peace of mind. Earthquakes, fires, floods and snow have not only occurred at greatly increased frequency, but have struck in some most unlikely regions for the particular type of disaster. Places which have experienced fires are Oregon, South American, BC, Canada, Portugal and Russia. The fires in Russia have come as the result of a heat wave and drought worse than anything which has happened in the region for 1000 years. Flooding has occurred in China Mexico and Pakistan, the last of which has left 8 million people in urgent need of help. The year began in this part of the world with great quantities of snow in many areas ill equipped to handle the volume of it, including Washington DC. Earthquakes and volcanic activity have been, perhaps, the most notable disasters, including the mysterious Haiti Earthquake which damaged an area not exceeding the exact border of the country.

It is likely that asking the average person if it is possible for man to direct the weather to his whim they will deny it. Most still assume the weather that they experience is a force of nature or of the Creator which no man can tame or change. It should be the dominion of the Creator and it will be again, but proving that weather can be manipulated by technology and that this technology is both in existence and put to use is relatively simple, so that when such uncommon and unprecedented periods of disaster happen as they have this year, it should be a matter of very simple sense to question if it could not very well be the result of such manipulation.

Both the United States and Russia are known to possess facilities which are for the purpose of manipulating the ionosphere and altering Earth's magnetic fields, a process by which weather can be directed and earthquakes can be induced. The technology also has a more disturbing capability, the ability to cause mood and emotion alterations in humans exposed to either a negatively charged ion atmosphere, or a positively charged one.

Air molecules effected by precise radio frequencies discharge negatively charged electrons that combine with hydrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere and by this can cause rain. Scalar wave technology is able to pinpoint any place on the Earth where it then disrupts the atmosphere with ELF (extremely low frequency) sound, at about 10 hertz. With use of this it is possible to alter the jet stream or trap a region in a weather system for prolonged periods of time.

According to Wikipedia entry above this sort of weather manipulation was created for good. By it hurricanes and tornadoes might be prevented, rain brought to places that have needed it or steered away from places which have had too much. According to everything which is told about this technology from mainstream sources, which is very little, it would seem to be a capability which has only good intentions. It is further assured that the UN has banned all use of such devices for the purpose of warfare. So then, where was this technology when a hurricane named Katrina destroyed the city of New Orleans? Why was it never used this year to stop the suffering in Russia while a drought devastated their land and resulted in fires? Why was it never employed to put an end to the flooding in Pakistan?

When it is no longer deniable that weather modification devices and facilities exist, then we must ask for what is it being used if not for the good of mankind. After gathering the evidence which is available by observation and by admission of those who possess the technology, is there any reason we should not strongly suspect that it is being used to the contrary of everything that it is said to have been created for? Lying is not a new idea to those in power. Creating excuses by which the people can be further convinced of their need to be controlled is not new either. While they devastate the Earth and her inhabitants with weather manipulating technology, they will happily allow you believe that it is you who destroy the Earth.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or HAARP belongs to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency as well as branches of the military. One of the more well known facilities of ionosphere manipulation research, it is strange that this place should be the project of the military if technology of this type was never designed to be used as a weapon of warfare.

If all of what was claimed of the uses of these things were true, if the only reason manipulation of the atmosphere was done was to genuinely benefit humanity, i would still not be in favor of it. It is without any exception that all attempts of creatures to behave as if they were the Creator result only in failure, even catastrophic failure. There is no evidence, though, that the intent has ever been a benevolent one whether misguided or not.

If any great expectation should exist for 2012 to be a year of great disaster, it might be most reasonable to suspect that it will come in the form of world controllers using such an expectation to cause untold calamity. They would be excused from their part in it in the midst of ignorance which still believes that such things can not be done of man.

New Jersey Earthquake 2012: Small Quake Rattles Ringwood Community

RINGWOOD, N.J. -- Some residents in northern New Jersey awoke to a small earthquake early Monday.

The temblor, with a magnitude of 2.0, struck at 1:19 a.m. and was centered in Ringwood, a community that's still dealing with downed trees and power outages from Sandy.

Geophysicist Jessica Turner at the National Earthquake Information Center says some people reported hearing a loud boom. Turner says those on upper floors of a home might have felt shaking or saw objects on walls vibrate..."

For anyone who looks up in the sky every so often while fostering some recollection of what a sunny day used to resemble, the reality of geoengineering—what are often referred to as “chemtrails”—can no longer be easily dismissed. For over a decade military and private jet aircraft have been spraying our skies with what numerous independent researchers, journalists, and activists observe to be an admixture of aluminum, barium, strontium, and other dangerous heavy metals. Such substances distributed into the atmosphere as microscopic subparticulates eventually descend to earth where they are breathed by living things and absorbed by the soil and plant life.

A recently discovered NASA document from 1966 indicates that weather modification efforts have been underway since the 1940s. “There is … great motivation to develop effective countermeasures against the destructive measures of weather,” the paper observes,

and, conversely,  enhance the beneficial aspects. The financial and other benefits to human welfare of being able to modify weather to augment water supplies, reduce lightening, suppress hail, mitigate tornados, and inhibit the full development of hurricanes would be very great.[4]

'Tsunami bomb' tested off New Zealand coast

"The United States and New Zealand conducted secret tests of a "tsunami bomb" designed to destroy coastal cities by using underwater blasts to trigger massive tidal waves.

 The tests were carried out in waters around New Caledonia and Auckland during the Second World War and showed that the weapon was feasible and a series of 10 large offshore blasts could potentially create a 33-foot tsunami capable of inundating a small city.

The top secret operation, code-named "Project Seal", tested the doomsday device as a possible rival to the nuclear bomb. About 3,700 bombs were exploded during the tests, first in New Caledonia and later at Whangaparaoa Peninsula, near Auckland.

The plans came to light during research by a New Zealand author and film-maker, Ray Waru, who examined military files buried in the national archives.

"Presumably if the atomic bomb had not worked as well as it did, we might have been tsunami-ing people," said Mr Waru.

"It was absolutely astonishing. First that anyone would come up with the idea of developing a weapon of mass destruction based on a tsunami ... and also that New Zealand seems to have successfully developed it to the degree that it might have worked." The project was launched in June 1944 after a US naval officer, E A Gibson, noticed that blasting operations to clear coral reefs around Pacific islands sometimes produced a large wave, raising the possibility of creating a "tsunami bomb"...

94 Days After Sandy 1900 Homes are Still Without Heat, Power and Water

"There are still more than 1900 homes in New York and New Jersey that are without utilities of any kind in the prolonged wake of Superstorm Sandy.

Some families are getting assistance from FEMA and going to hotels, which they must leave every two weeks, go and apply for more vouchers and then check back in to the hotel.

Others are sleeping in tents.

Still others have remained in storm damaged homes without electricity, water or heat.

Sandy hit the area on October 29.  It has been 3 full months and President Obama just got around to signing the aid bill.

Could it be any more clear that you are on your own after a disaster?

If you are not prepared, you, too, will be at the mercy of FEMA, waiting months for the President to get around to authorizing aid, huddled in a tent through the frigid months of  winter..."

9 children among 24 people confirmed dead from devastating Oklahoma tornado

"At least 24 fatalities, including nine children, were reported after a record-breaking tornado swept through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore, destroying hundreds of buildings and two schools. Original reports put the number at 51 deaths.

A large tornado touched down on Monday in Moore, Oklahoma, a suburb of Oklahoma City, causing catastrophic damage to several housing developments and at least two schools in the area. A local television news helicopter tracked the tornado as it moved through the area, and then began to survey the extensive destruction to the region. The tornado has since been rated as an EF5, with winds in upwards of 200mph.

"We have got good news. The number right now is 24," said Amy Elliott, chief administrative officer at the Oklahoma City Medical Examiner's Office. The prior figure of 51 dead may have included some double-reported casualties, Elliott said. "There was a lot of chaos," she added.

Elliot said all but three bodies that have been recovered have been identified and are being returned to their families. She cautioned that additional bodies could yet be recovered from the rubble.

Mayor of Moore, Glenn Lewis told CNN on Tuesday that the rescue effort is continuing and "we're very optimistic we might find one or two people."

Over 233 were injured by the tornado, including around 70 children. Many of the victims being treated at two local hospitals. Authorities say that 101 people have been rescued from the rubble thus far..."
