Armed task force to patrol streets

"In response to a recent increase in crime, Paragould Mayor Mike Gaskill and Police Chief Todd Stovall offered residents at a town hall meeting Thursday night at West View Baptist Church what could be considered an extreme solution — armed officers patrolling the streets on foot.

Stovall told the group of almost 40 residents that beginning in 2013, the department would deploy a new street crimes unit to high crime areas on foot to take back the streets.

"[Police are] going to be in SWAT gear and have AR-15s around their neck," Stovall said. "If you're out walking, we're going to stop you, ask why you're out walking, check for your ID."

Stovall said while some people may be offended by the actions of his department, they should not be.

"We're going to do it to everybody," he said. "Criminals don't like being talked to."

Gaskill backed Stovall's proposed actions during Thursday's town hall.

"They may not be doing anything but walking their dog," he said. "But they're going to have to prove it."

Stovall said the foot patrols would begin on the east side of town and would eventually snake into the Pecan Grove area.

He said the police would follow where crime was taking place in order to snuff it out.

Normally, police would not stop individuals for simply walking on the street, but Stovall said the level of crime in certain areas and concerns from residents gave his officers the right to institute the actions announced at the town hall event.

"This fear is what's given us the reason to do this. Once I have stats and people saying they're scared, we can do this," he said. "It allows us to do what we're fixing to do."

Stovall further elaborated on the stop-and-ID policy Friday morning, claiming the city's crime statistics alone met the threshold of reasonable suspicion required to lawfully accost a citizen.

"To ask you for your ID, I have to have a reason," he said. "Well, I've got statistical reasons that say I've got a lot of crime right now, which gives me probable cause to ask what you're doing out. Then when I add that people are scared...then that gives us even more [reason] to ask why are you here and what are you doing in this area."

...Should an individual not produce identification, Stovall said his officers would not back down. Individuals who do not produce identification when asked could be charged with obstructing a governmental operation, according to Stovall.

"I'm hoping we don't run across [any] of that," Stovall said. "Will there be people who buck us? There may be. But we have a right to be doing what we're doing. We have a zero-tolerance. We are prepared to throw your hind-end in jail, OK? We're not going to take a lot of flack."

Anonymity is key to real freedom and that right is nearly gone. The talk of one town's possible future is a shadow of things to come in many cities and towns across the nation.

Every person willing to hand over their ID to a police officer when no crime had been committed are willing fodder to fuel this insanity which calls people to give up anything to be "safe". We need to be a little braver than livestock....a cage is safe, but since when is Life simply about trying not to die?

"But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 10:33

Something I want to point out for readers here... The Acronym JADE is in the document from the military and gives the meaning of it....the quote from that document ends. Then it is stated that HELM means "Homeland Eradication of Local Militants." That part has no known original source and is not in the military document.

Many people may come across this being repeated widely on the internet. Until we see an original source, this is a scrap of hearsay...or a guess. Keep the mind sober and focus on the facts. Investmentwatch, who was first to publish it widely, should have noted that to their readers.

This is interesting...  link above is the entire article w/ documents

JADE HELM is not new, JADE HELM is at the end of its exercise. We are just now learning about it just before the trap snaps shut.

Jade Helm Leadership Kept In the Dark

"I have previously reported on how my sources who have current connections to Special Operations Forces leadership, have been told by their former colleagues that the field command leadership of Jade Helm is being kept in the dark as to the full scope and true purpose of Jade Helm. I have repeatedly been told that Jade Helm is highly compartmentalized and the commanders are extremely concerned about what is coming and what the Jade Helm leadership and their men are going to be ordered to do.

Late Saturday night, I was given the summary of a three minute conversation which took place earlier that day in which some military types and their former colleagues have deduced the fact that Jade Helm is absolutely about controlling civil unrest.  During the course of the call, it was stated that the CIA has been using Kiev as a beta test, since April of 2014, in order  to best decide how to control the American people when they have finally had enough and take to the streets armed with everything from pitchforks to AR-15’s..."

Jade Helm 15 Mastering The Human Domain

"Mastering the human domain, what exactly does that mean? What exactly does that have to do with Jade Helm? Well unbeknownst to some, the actual Mastering of the Human Domain is coordinated and organized by the unofficial/official organizations that run geospatial engineering. Geospatial engineering involves many different organizations of government and private companies as well as academia. There are many different sections under geospatial engineering, the most interesting is how our government is involved in “new” intelligence. “NGA provides timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial intelligence in support of national security.” So just what is geospatial intelligence- “Geospatial intelligence, GEOINT (GEOspatial INTelligence) is intelligence about the human activity on earth derived from the exploitation and analysis of imagery and geospatial information that describes, assesses, and visually depicts physical features and geographically referenced activities on the Earth.”...

...Jade Helm 15 will be a testing ground for the new application called JADE. JADE will be explained later on in this article. The goal of JADE HELM 15 is to see how well their new “technology” and data analysis can be used in the field. The initial testing grounds where in Iraq and Afghanistan..."

"We coined a new phrase for it, “Geo-Slavery”.  And we’ve written extensively about how that works in society, and we see it playing out right now..."

Friends, please check out this great video of excerpted quotes from the 2010 Geospatial Intelligence seminar.  Below the video, you will find a transcript of some of the quotes, including the one above.

"the grid" is a term with which most of the public by now is probably familiar.. and i'm not the first to say this - but as a reminder i'd like to re-emphasize the point that - "the grid" is Satan's attempt at omniscience.

Knowing what the JADE application is, how it's used, and that it's the focus of the upcoming military missions here in the states - it's probably safe to assume "the grid" has reached the last stages of being secured for the world.

i don't like alarmist propaganda.. i hate it (i'm sure we all do).. and this information is being shared, not to alarm (because Yahushua has already won the war <3), but to inform.  All the same.. you may want to be sitting down for this..

some of the quotes..

  • In most areas, we just need to get plugged into the region and the culture, and then we can bring that to bear.
  • Both of those questions reflect a very traditional definition of “what is and what is not permissive”.  And I think more than any other of the data types that I think we work with as part of the GEOINT in the GEOINT domain, that this will require some, you know, non-traditional approaches to collecting data.  Whether it’s social media, crowdsource information – we dedicated a lot of time at this conference to talk about open-source collection.  There are some very different, and very new – but also very powerful – that aren’t just traditional “you-have-to-send-somebody-on-the-ground” to collect information or to conduct a survey.  A lot of this can be done through partnerships, real and virtual.
  • …in terms of recovery and development, and I think that’s where our forensic tools can be better-applied, if we link the efforts from the beginning to an end state.
  • So actually, Jerry and I, last year, played around with putting together a proposal for several hundred million dollars – to do the whole world.
  • Technology will follow along, if the government provides the incentive to do it.
  • And then, probably a question we definitely shouldn’t answer, but I’ll get it out there, ‘Can the exploitation of human geography for human intelligence be practiced within U.S. boundaries?  If so, what are the civil rights and privacy issues associated with it?’
  • I think that he’s right – that there’s very few denied areas – especially when you start thinking of applications of using crowdsourcing.  We see social networking – everybody’s familiar with Facebook and all the different things that are out there.  There’s just so many opportunities still un-tapped, for technologies – to crowdsource, pull information together.
  • We could have the Philippinoes tell us about their country very quickly if we just set a structure up to do that.  We could have all the geospatial information built from the ground up if we had a capacity to – and it doesn’t have to be the intelligence community – the intelligence community would probably be the worst place for it – but in academia, or in a foundation, or something sponsored by U.S. government and USAID, to do from the bottom up planning, and I would be you wouldn’t have enough Terabytes to store the information you’d get from all these countries telling you about them, if you found a non-profit-style way to do that.
  • What is the best use of human geography? Lee, we have a dollar to spend, where should we be spending it: pre-conflict, active-conflict or post-conflict?  (Lee) “Pre-conflict makes the most sense… The question is then, knowing where to put that money… We’re always thinking ahead as to where the next conflict might break out and how we can best prepare for it.”
  • There’s another question here about privacy… We’ve gone beyond questions of privacy to questions of control – the ability to actually control people with the technology.  And another leading GIS insider, Pete Fisher (?) joined me in writing an article – we said that society has to consider a new form of slavery, characterized by location-control, rather than the traditional concepts of ownership and so forth.  We coined a new phrase for it, “Geo-Slavery”.  And we’ve written extensively about how that works in society, and we see it playing out right now – you look at these court decisions right now about whether you have to have a warrant to track some-ones location, but it gets beyond that when you can actually force them to go using the technology.
  • It's scary.  I kinda don't want to end on that note...

RISE OF THE MACHINE

"JADE" is an A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and has the ability to use vast amounts of data being collected on the human domain to generate human terrain systems in geographic population centric locations to identify and eliminate targets, insurgents, rebels or whatever labels that can be flagged as targets in a Global Information Grid for Network Centric Warfare environments.

The JADE II battle field system is cognitive and intuitive. It can examine prior executed battle plans and and devise 'new and better' strategies to increase the 'kill chain'. The II generation of JADE has the capability for two way communication with drones through the OCCOM technology which is one of the next generation integrations to this system.

In short, JADE HELM will not be battles directed by Generals and Military Commanders, but by a computer. It is a cognitive software program based on a Network Centric Warfare System at the HELM.

ISIS exists for one purpose: To provide government and business the sophisticated intelligence, technology, security and training they need to support and protect national and corporate interests in the most challenging of global environments. Family Raided by SWAT and their Dog Shot, for Being Unable to Pay Utility Bill

"St. Louis, MO — Nothing says Police State USA quite like a SWAT team raiding a family home and killing their dog because they are unable to pay their natural gas bill..."

"...She was told by police that she was being investigated for failing to have natural gas or electric service; two violations against city code.

Zorich admitted to the police that she did not have gas, but said that she did have electricity. Zorich asked for another inspection to prove that she had the utilities. The officer told her that was fine, but that the investigation would continue.

The next day, on April 29, 2014, the home of Angela Zorich was raided by multiple officers from the St. Louis County Police Tactical Response Unit.

The Riverfront Times outlines the details of the lawsuit:

Zorich was at home with several family members and her pit bull, Kiya, when a St. Louis County Police Tactical Response Unit burst through the door without knocking, according to her suit. The unit had at least five officers with M-4 rifles, supported by at least eight uniformed officers.

The officers entered so quickly, Zorich’s suit alleges, that Kiya didn’t even have time to bark. A tactical officer fired three shots into the dog, and the dog’s “bladder and bowels released and she fell to the floor.” The dog “was laying on the floor in her own waste and blood struggling to breathe. She had a gaping hole in her chest.”

Zorich claims the officers kept trying to talk to her about the natural gas, but she was focused on her dog, whom she’d raised as a puppy and who (she says) had “never shown agression to any person.”

At one point in the raid, Zorich alleges, an officer pointed his firearm at her son’s head and said “One word, m(***********), and I’ll put three in you.”..."

The police are fighting to reduce crime but instead they are increasing due to lack of wisdom.

Idaho rancher’s wife: ‘I saw them murder my husband’

"- Yantis had raised and tamed the 2,500-pound black Gelbvieh bull, similar to an Angus, named Keiford. Its rear leg was shattered by the collision with a Subaru station wagon. The bull started charging people at the crash scene.

Paradis walked down to check out the situation. The injured bull had made its way back to the driveway and was lying in the grass.

“He knew he was home,” Paradis said. “He was hurt. But he is still an Angus bull on the fight.”

"Jack Yantis told Paradis to get a rifle, the family’s skid-steer loader (a small front-end loader) and a chain. Paradis in turn asked his aunt to the get the family’s .204-caliber rifle and bring it to the road.

Yantis took a small all-terrain vehicle, in this case a four-wheeler, down the driveway and parked it on the highway facing the animal.

While Paradis was getting the skid loader, the deputies started shooting at the bull. At least one of them had a semiautomatic rifle, perhaps an AR-15, an adaptation of the military M16.

“They opened up with their pistols and their M16s ... before Jack got there,” Paradis said. “That’s an inhumane deal. ... This is a 2-ton Angus bull that’s pissed off, he’s hurt and psychotic. ... It was blazing down there and it sounded like World War III on this bull, because they got him charging at everyone again.”

Paradis drove the skid loader down the driveway and parked on the highway. The bull was lying on the pavement. Donna Yantis had walked the rifle to her husband. Jack Yantis was standing about 4 feet from the bull, aiming the rifle at the back of the bull’s head. His back was to the two deputies, who were standing in the far lane facing each other as if they were having a conversation.

“I put the (skid loader’s) lights on him and the bull, and he lined up to shoot the bull in the back of head and put him out humanely,” Paradis said.

The rifle’s barrel was about 2 feet from the bull, and Jack Yantis’ finger was on the trigger.

“Everything was going as planned. … I did not notice any conversation at all” between Jack Yantis and the deputies, Paradis said. “Then the one cop turned around and grabbed his shoulder and jerked him backwards.”

The deputy came from behind, spun Yantis around and grabbed the rifle’s scope, Paradis said.

The deputy pushed Yantis. The rifle was still in Yantis’ hands, its barrel pointed at the ground. Yantis was trying to regain his footing.

Paradis said he does not know whether the rifle fired, but he thinks it might have discharged accidentally when the deputy grabbed Yantis and spun him, or when one of the deputy’s bullets pierced Yantis’ hand holding the rifle, hitting the gun and damaging it.

One deputy began shooting at Yantis, then the other deputy started shooting.

Donna Yantis said she and Paradis screamed at the deputies to stop.

Shot in the chest and abdomen, Jack Yantis fell to the ground. Neither deputy went to check on him. Paradis and Donna Yantis started running toward him.

“And then they threatened me and my nephew ... threw us on the middle of Highway 95, searched us and handcuffed us, and wouldn’t let us go take care of Jack,” Donna Yantis said.

Paradis said one deputy pointed his gun at Paradis’ head.

Donna Yantis had a heart attack. Some time later, she was taken by ambulance to Midvale and then by helicopter to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, where she remained hospitalized Saturday.

Rumsey, the family friend at dinner, had been near the wrecked car when the shooting started and ran toward Jack. The deputies handcuffed him, too.

"-Meanwhile, the bull was still alive, slowly bleeding out on the roadway. Family members asked the deputies to put it down to end its suffering. No one did.

“The bull ended up lying there for two hours,” Paradis said, “suffocating in his own lung blood because they shot him in the gut.”
