Cain was perfectly human and so were his children. If that weren't so, they wouldn't have likely qualified as "the daughters of man" who were taken as wives by fallen angels.
The whole system has a duality based on the two origins of the bloodlines. A right and left hand, white and black magic, Satanism and Luciferianism.
