"I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen." (Matthew 28:20)

the urgent message "be ready".. i looked it up and these are the verses in order..

"And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai. (Exodus 19:11) And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: (Exodus 19:15) And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning... (Exodus 34:2) The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, that they should be ready against that day. (Esther 3:14) ...and that the Jews should be ready against that day to avenge themselves on their enemies. (Esther 8:13) The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly. (Isaiah 32:4) Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; [well]: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who [is] that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? (Daniel 3:15) Yet have I sent the brethren, lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf; that, as I said, ye may be ready: (2Corinthians 9:3) Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as [a matter of] bounty, and not as [of] covetousness. (2Corinthians 9:5) Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, (Titus 3:1) But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: (1Peter 3:15)

it turned out pretty interestingly.. one note about Titus 3:1 principalities and powers are spirit beings, not the earthly, flesh government: "To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God," (Ephesians 3:10) and the fallen counterpart: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]." (Ephesians 6:12).. just wanted to point this out because many try to make this verse mean that we are to obey earthly government without question.. but, Yahushua did not obey the earthly government in His time in the flesh.. He didn't obey the pharisees and we shouldn't either.

Also, the word 'magistrates' in Titus 3:1 is different from the other words translated 'magistrate(s)' in the New Testament. the phrase 'obey magistrates' is the result of one word, peitharcheō - which means to obey rule(r).. and who is the ruler really, but Yahushua.
