<p>i feel spectacular by comparison!!!!! and i want to tell the whole world that yes, you can eat as much as you want and still lose weight and be healthy!! i used to really crave grain-carbs like cereal, but i found out organic ice cream and flour-free chocolate torte is even better lol.. i love this style of eating and it makes sense to me - no other way ever has made sense for every aspect of health, but this does.<br></br> <br></br> <cite>Bean said:…</cite></p>
